I love this microwave! Its sooo sleek but sooo powerful. Easy to install and no issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Do yourself a favor and just buy a cheaper microwave because that is what you're getting with this thing. I have owned it for approx. 18 months. The light quit working about a week after the warranty expired. Some days it will melt butter in 30 seconds, some days it is two minutes all on the same power setting. I have a LG washer and dryer (over 10 years old), an lg range and an lg dishwasher. They all have been great appliances but this microwave has definitely changed my mind on what the quality has been recently. It definitely is not reliable.

So far, so good. It is more powerful than my previous microwave. I don’t use it to cook — mostly just to heat things up, and it is more efficient than the other microwaves I’ve owned.

We love this microwave! Super easy to use and looks very modern! Guest always complement it. I love all the different settings it has such as melting butter or steaming broccoli. It was very easy to install. We can’t wait to get the matching stove!

Overall very good. you need to get used to the door size as it is little bigger than the regular ones.

Had this microwave for about 4 weeks now and am very impressed with it. Nice looking display, easy clean interior, and nice and roomy. Install was quite easy...about an hour. Overall a nicely priced large OTR microwave.

So far so good. Looks good. Works great. It heats up the food as expected. And the build quality is better than expected.

Great value for the money. A couple drawbacks for an OTR microwave. The actual window of the microwave is a LOT smaller than what it initially appears to be. Once you have this mounted at an over the range height, you can barely see in unless your 7 feet tall. The same goes for the the display. You have to step back to see the display due to it being recessed a bit. If your standing too close, you can't see the display, but this is just a minor issue. I wish the lighting underneath was LED, but it's not. I was surprised at how hot the inside got after the light being on for only a little while. Still, a great value. Works very well.

Microwave had great instructions for installation. The microwave offers many features and works great. Lots of options for reheating, melting, and cooking meals. Lots of space inside and we have had no issues since installing.

Easy to use and cleanup is simple. It is very quite when in use and in opening and closing the door.

We purchased this one after a mishap with our previous LG microwave. Best Buy do a great job in installing it over our stove, and we have not had any problems with it. I’m glad we chose to go with Best Buy...

It's a great microwave, no complaints. Not really sure what there is to say, works as expected! Was very easy to install myself with the help of my wife.
