Cannot get this thing to pop a whole bag of any brand of microwave popcorn. Not with the popcorn button or just straight timing it. The look of the smooth face is nice, but not as easy to use as the standard style. ( the wife wanted the smooth door style) I would return this unit if it was still possible and go back to the standard style, which also seemed a little more robust when it comes to opening and closing the door. I feel like the door will fall off of this if i dont close it gently. Definitely would not buy again.

I'm impressed with the new technology and the efficiency of the food being heated after replacing the 20 year old on the counter unit. The food is actually heated more than the container it is in and heats much more evenly.

We reviewed Consumer Buying Guide before deciding on this microwave. We have had it only a week and so far It performs really well. A lot of functions are preprogrammed which makes it more time efficient and takes the guesswork out of cooking. We really like the overall look and performance.

This microwave looks very nice and has many great functions. We replaced an existing over-stove microwave, so installation was pretty easy. It would be more difficult if you're venting to the outside. Easy clean, convenient settings. Just what we were looking for.

Installation was a breeze and easy to do. Just make sure to use the template provided. Like the reheat and defrost features. Press a few buttons and you're good to go. The fans and lights work well. So far very pleased with this unit. Plus it looks great and goes well with the stove.

This great-looking microwave is easy to use and performs like a champ. Controls are intuitive and straightforward.

Very good and efficient LG microwave oven. The fan is very powerful. My only critic is that the clock does not stay on because of the "eco" energy saving function. This LG microwave oven will look a lot better with a white inside instead of black (it's too dark, can not see things inside while cooking).

Great exhaust fan performance, especially in recirculation mode. Easy to install and use. The only negative is that the time display shuts off in energy saver mode and we're used to looking at the microwave to see the current time of day.

Aesthetically pleasing and works good. Will be getting matching set for the rest of my kitchen appliances.

I got this microwave to match my stove and it does more than I expected. Very spacious and it not only warms your pizza but it toasts it as well. I love the color and the buttons don’t have to pushed on. Just a slight touch.

Great microwave and nice look. Lots of functionality and fits well above the stove. I like that it came with a grate to include as well as the normal turn table. Lots of different options for heating up food.

Had Whirlpool and Maytag in the past but LG got good reviews. Adjusting to new stuff takes time but liking it so far. Easy installation and no issues to speak of right now. Only had working a couple of weeks so can't give 5 stars yet. Love the black stainless!

The microwave is a great size and has some pretty good features.

It is good looking. Lots of finger prints because it is all glass. I haven’t gotten cancer from the radiation, so that’s good

I love my new LG microwave! It’s plenty big enough for 2 of us. We use it mostly to reheat and cook vegetables or potatoes. I just wish the display was a little brighter.

I love LG products, got a great price, and fast delivery with Best Buy. It went on sale 2 weeks later and I was refunded the difference so great job for Best Buy for that. No issues and this appliance works perfectly.

Love it, does everything we need for it to do. Our old microwave didn't have half the features this one does
