This is the second LG appliance I have purchased in the past couple of months, and my experience with both of them is that, when you get the final product, it is pretty good. However, I had to do an exchange on both of them -- on this MW, the turntable didn't work properly, while the other one was a large, special-order stove so it took about two months to get that replaced with a satisfactory item. Best Buy was very good in both instances, working with me to get me the product I wanted each time. However, I say "Good luck!" to you when you order an LG appliance -- don't throw the receipt away before you are fully satisfied.

I love this microwave.it’s easy to use, the only thing I dislike is the rack( you have to remover to remove it when popping popcorn.

Does everything defined in the ad. Good performance. I do miss being able to raise the rack another notch higher, like my previous microwave.

So far so good. It heats the food really fast and looks good in my kitchen

Just wish it had the automatic buttons to push for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 minutes. You have to actually push time set and then 1-0-0 for 1:00 minute, then start. But it is BIG inside and I love that!!!!

Great microwave. All the buttons you need. Easy install with the right tools. Best as a two person job to lift/hold for mounting.

So quiet and once I got use to the soft touch keypad we have been loving it! Love the dark interior and the easy to clean surfaces.

This microwave works perfect,it cooks the food nice and even.Also the easy clean surface inside is perfect. The black stainless on the exterior does not show hand prints when touched.

Heats up quickly & easy to operate. Nice size cavity. Love the turbo fan.

It was easy to install this unit; it has all the features I needed. One thing is a loss of function from my prior unit...when cooking's done, an alarm sounds. Just once. Forgot to get that cup of coffee you reheated? My old unit would beep every 30 seconds or so to say - hey, see what's sitting here. This LG unit doesn't. Not a problem if you're in the midst of cooking dinner, but if you just forget a reheated cup o' joe, better not forget it!

Works and looks way better than my old one. Fit as it should and has some pretty cool options

My wife love this purchase and the technician was spot on with the installation.
