My Frigidaire microwave died after 2 yrs of regular use. I was looking for something that would go with my LG Stainless Steel refrigerator in the kitchen area. This one is bigger better and looks good.

Easy to install Great for the price. Not many options on the defrost button. Door was warped, but Samsung had it fixed quickly and painlessly.

I haven’t learned everything about it yet, but I will. I love the shelf and turntable and it’s very easy to use (so far). Great purchase.

This microwave has a great look and a solid feel. The only downside is there are no fast cook buttons for 1, 2, or 3 minute cooking. Very minor issue

This microwave is an awesome replacement for the previous one I had. It fit well into the space and the installation team from Geek Squad was second to none.

We recently replaced our kitchen appliances including the over the range microwave. This model is easy to use with a lot of options and we love the black stainless finish.

Nice looking over the range microwave that operates easily. I don't like that you cannot see inside while it is in operation. Sometimes things boil over and there is no way to see this.

This is one of the greatest microwaves I've ever had the pleasure of using. It's a beautiful finish and it heats up our food extremely fast. Great product and I highly recommend it.

Read that there were some issues with the clock being out all the time to save energy but it does work fine no issues with this . Easy to install and works just as advertised

I’m happy with over the range microwave itself but very disappointed at Best Buy installer. Despite several back and forth, I would say the install service doesn’t deserve PROFESSIONAL title, at least, that was what I was charged for. I think a rookie would do a better job than Best Buy installer. Is there anyway I can get my money back?

This microwave has several bad features, there are better choices. 1. The display looks great under dim lighting. In a normally lit kitchen it is so dim that it is difficult to read. 2. The display is deeply recessed so one has to look at it head on. When the microwave is mounted at the standard height above a range anyone shorter than about 5 ft 6 in will not be able to see it unless they step back from the range. 3. Many of our friends and other family members also have over the range microwaves. The vent fan in this model is by far the loudest. Also, beware of the short Best Buy return window. We bought the microwave as part of a kitchen remodel project. By the time it was installed, and the power restored, the return window had passed. The window is really too short for appliances that aren't just 'plug and play'. Won't be buying anything we cannot immediately use from Best Buy in the future. Plenty of other stores have the same price and more generous return policies.

Microwave has a lot to offer! Stylish stainless steel. Hidden vent is a good look. Perhaps the quietest fan I have ever had, even on turbo mode.

I had a Fridgidaire Galaxy Microwave over the range that worked great, which I loved. It was only 6 years old and it just stopped working. Cheaper to get a new one than repair the old one. Was not going to spend the same amount as I did before and not last as long and this one was on sale. Been in for about 3 weeks now. So far the fan/exhaust is far superior than my other one and this one is quieter. Food cooks evenly. The only feature that I truly miss is the one button time feature of 1-6 minutes of cooking. Catch myself hitting the one for one minute all the time. Pleased with this purchase.

We’ve had this for a month. We’ve only used it a few times to heat up food honestly. Our old over the range microwave broke and we went 8 yers without a microwave so we have been used to not using one. We don’t have an issue with the microwave function but an on and off issue with the screen display. When you hit the button to turn on light or fan it looked like the display screen was shorting out. It did this for a week and then stopped. Probably going to get a replacement so we don’t have any issues when it’s out of warranty.

This is a great value for the price. It looks shiny and so clear, almost like a mirror. Very Very happy with this purchase.
