Happily having hot times with this microwave. Display somewhat hard to read for people of shortish status.

The best microwave I've ever purchased! Love all the neat features like softening or melting cream cheese and butter!

Easy to use and fits in standard 30 inch above range dimensions. My only issue is that the buttons are a little less responsive than my old microwave.

It replaces an old GE microwave that came with the original appliances. This unit is so much quieter with a nicer look.

I purchased the LG LMV2031SS in December 2020 and the microwave was great. However, this week (4/2/2022, less than 16 months of use) the control panel section on the front of microwave has come loose. I’ve called LG customer service and they believe a screw that holds the panel in place came loose. The bugaboo is, the screw isn’t accessible without disassembling the microwave, which should only be done by a microwave service center. And, since it’s 4 months past the warranty LG won’t fix it. I’ve yet to call a service center to get an estimate, but you can imagine it will be at least $200 to fix. While the microwave is still working for the time being, I anticipate running into more problems in the future due to the apparent lack of quality and long term durability. In the attached photos you can see on the top-right corner the amount of movement there is in the panel with the screw missing. It wiggles/moves about 1/4” every time a button is pushed on the control panel. Unbelievably annoying and very very frustrating for this to happen with an essentially new microwave.

I actually bought the whole 4 piece kitchen set. It’s all a great match and the microwave above the stove looks great !

Nice product as most LG products ate. The rightside of the microwave, when you open the door, is filled with guidelines for cooking. So, the size is not as large as it appears. But still listed as 2 cubic feet. It cooks better than my previous unit and both were the same wattage, so pretty happy with the LG!

Microwave is very large the glass touch screen controls are a really nice touch. The microwave is very large and matched with all my lg appliances

We love this microwave. So far we have used the potato and popcorn buttons To cook to 1 minute, touch the 1 button; 2 for 2, etc We also like the 30 second button . Dealing with the larger door was a challenge but it is all good now!

Great Microwave oven, Has all smart features you might need on daily basis and has LG smart integration.

Love this microwave! Glad we settled on this model. Blends right in with our other kitchen appliances. Very user-friendly. Self-installed. Seriously now considering replacing our aged Jenn-Air electric range with equivalent LG model as a result.

this microwave is a full microwave and it is soundless and easy to clean and the filter is also easy to clean

I really like how it had the ability to vent back into the kitchen or out the vent through the roof. Black stainless looks really good too.

Beautiful microwave that heats food evenly. I mostly use for reheating, but have used it for cooking eggs with good results.
