This is a nice microwave. It looks great, has all of the standard features, and has good performance. We do have some dishes that got hot in our old microwave and with this new microwave they are even hotter.

Needed to replace an old microwave and read reviews on this LG. Many options and bigger than most in this price range. Compared to previous microwave, this is quiet and has a lot of functions.

I get analysis paralysis so it was only after an inordinate amount of investigation that I finally decided on this model It had to meet my criteria of useful functions, reliability, noise level (we have an open floor plan), and suffcient air filtering ( 2 grease filters & a charcoal filter). It also had to be stainless and look good. Yeah - Im picky. So, check on all counts! Now - I dont use this to cook everything. But reheating, making scratch made hot ceareals, assisting in certain steps in cooking, defrosting, and cooking veggies whether fresh or frozen makes this the handy kitchen assistant I wanted (since I couldnt have a personal chef !) I use this every day and it meets my needs. Happy!

The LG 2.0 Cu. Ft. works great. Like the fact that the fan is not as loud as previous ones we owned even on high it's pretty quiet. The cooking sensor is on point, it doesn't dry up, or under cook your food. I like the defrost option as well. Only draw back on it would be the rack is too low and can't fit a regular size coffee cup in there without having to remove it. The option to remove sound (beeping) when done is a great option too. Easy to use and easy to clean. The preset cook options are handy and has more options to chose from our last microwave.

This microwave is very sleek and I love the stainless steel. Very easy to clean. When it comes to appliances, LG products shine. Not so much with their TVs though.

It does the job. Good looking stainless steel appliance. The door closes nicely and it feels well built. The exaust fan is relatively quiet. The stainless is however a fingerprint magnet.

Sleek looking. Love the 4 defrost settings, the 4 fan speeds, and the 30 sec timer. This is a quiet microwave. I love it. Easy to clean and operate.

This microwave works well and isn’t terribly noisy as some are. The window has been mostly blacked out which prohibits one from monitoring what is going on when cooking. In the past we have found it helpful to be able to check on things without opening the microwave door and interrupting the cooking process. We are wondering why the door was mostly blacked out. We were concerned about the interior being black instead of white but haven’t found it to be an issue. We can still easily see what’s inside with the door open.

When my old microwave broke down, I decided to upgrade to better microwave. This LG is big and spacious as well as powerful. Food heats up pretty hastily and the modern look is much appreciated.

We've had it about 6 months now. This replaced an not so old Frigidaire that we had. In fact it was the 2nd one and they only seem to last about 4-5years, so hoping of longer out of this one. This LG seems to heat much faster and more evenly than the others. One of the biggest things I like is the exhaust fan! There are 4 speeds and it's MUCH quieter than any other microwave we've had. We have it venting to the outside so it's been great to pull the heat out during the summer while cooking. The only thing I wished it did have was LED lighting for over the stove.

Looks great and easy to install. Very user friendly and simple. Only issue is a darker interior which makes it harder to see inside while operating. Great price.

Best microwave I’ve ever had! Sensor heating / cooking is intuitive. 4 speed Fan provides excellent venting as needed. Beautiful design and finish, inside is gray, easy to clean and exterior is fingerprint resistant! Haven’t used the rack yet but it’ll be handy one day. Delivered and installed using Best Buy’s Total Tech. Perfect choice to complete my upgraded kitchen with all stainless steel LG appliances, I’m very happy.

For the sale price I caught this at it couldn’t be beat. Cooks well has enough power. Controls are easy to use and has a lot of preset programs for defrost, cooking etc. Sensory cook feature works pretty well. Only real complaint is the viewing window in the door is not very big and it’s tinted very dark so it’s hard to see in but I don’t think it’s that big of deal.

We bought a new black stainless to got with the new stove. It's easy to use and works very well.

We’ve had this microwave for about a month and so far it’s held up just fine. It looks good and went in easily.

BB was offering a great rebate if you bought a suite of appliances. I had already bought 3: fridge, dishwasher, range. Although I already had a microwave, the rebate for a 4th appliance in the suite almost covered the price. It matches my gorgeous LG range and provides strong exhaust. It's easy to use. My kitchen lacked the correct outlet, and the installation team (outsourced by BB) installed it quickly for a nominal extra fee. I'm so very glad that I didn't have to call an electrician myself! I originally wanted black stainless steel....so sophisticated in appearance...but I chose stainless because of the many reviews indicating that the black coating tends to peel away.

so far....very pleased with the performance of this microwave....for the money, features are above other microwaves that I have purchased in the past....

First of all, let me say the looks are very clean and elegant. The Black Stainless steel seems to look really sharp to me. One of the things I was looking for was the ability to exhaust the smoke/air from the stove to the outside. With some minor adjusting, this one can do that. You have to remove a couple of screws. Take you time as they are pretty tight and if you try to go too quickly you might strip the head from the screw making it much harder to remove. After you need to pull out the fan and turn it around. Clipping a couple of tabs on two plates finishes the job. LG includes a attachment piece and baffle. Overall I am very satisfied.

I bought it as an open box deal. Only $100 but it works like it was new. It completed my lg kitchen. I love the size of it and that it is easy to clean.
