It cooks good and much faster than the one I replaced. We chose this one because it could be vented outside. The fan/vent work great, fast fan speeds.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There are some nice features but the reason for my overall 3 star rating is that it comes with a rack which is completely pointless in my opinion. the rack is only a few inches above the rotating tray so you can't set a coffee cup on the tray without removing the rack, which is a big hassle, cause then you take it out, put it back. you can barely set anything under the rack and if you are reheating a plate of food and want to put a cover over it, it won't fit. So I'm mostly using the rack, which then doesn't hold smaller mugs or dishes without them tipping. So then I set them on a plate......

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product on October 18 2023, and installed it on December when my kitchen remodel was finalized, so even-though the purchase was 16 months ago the product only worked for 14 months. It was working great for one year until it suddenly stop heating two days ago. I reached out to LG and they offered to replace the magnetron, but I have to pay for the labor. LG authorized repair service quoted me $180 plus taxes (around $200) for labor. It looks to me LG knows the magnetron on their microwaves will need replacement after a year of service, that is the reason for only a year warranty on labor. I won’t be buying LG again, a microwave is supposed to last longer than 16 months.
