    The stainless steel piece at the top of the unit doesn’t have that break in it like lots of models do so all you see is silver. Not silver with a thin black stripe on it. I know, picky, picky. Guilty! Oh, and it has a dark interior.

    The LG under counter mount microwave is aesthetically pleasing, with tons of features. Installation was relatively easy and straightforward. I do find it to be slightly under powered when warming up food that is cold. Also, for the first two seconds after pushing start, there is a very high pitch frequency sound then it minimizes. Overall, for the price, not a bad purchase.

    Installer was well equipped and did not have any problems. My problem is being 4'9" tall and unable to view the window from the floor when I need to set it. It is too high. I notified the store and they are sending someone out to see how to remedy this.

    This thing can COOK! Fastest ever. Love the display. Sounds are great too, as an added bonus. The barcode scan makes life that much better too. 10/10!!!

    Needed to replace my 20 year old microwave. Works well. My only complaint is that tie rotating plate inside the microwave tends to make noise while turning. I made sure it was on its track and in the center and still make noise. I do wish the hood light would also be brighter like LED vs. yellow bulb.

    This microwave is very nice. Like the way it plays a tone when your food is ready. You can also program it to wifi and to your phone. You can turn the microwave on with phone.
