Microwave seems to be working OK, but the installation instructions were printed on folded paper. Try to hold or tape up a template on the bottom of a cabinet. The template should be printed in cardboard!!!.

The over-the range microwave is great looking and has sounds to alert you to whatever you cooking is ready. The fan and lite are prefect as well.

Works good but wish it had the 1 push time start option. Heats pretty evenly. Has 3 options for venting. Top front, back and up and out. Just have to change the blower setup which is very easy. Comes set up to blow out back.

It looks great when installed. The glass front and the metal part are very quick to get dirty, but nothing wrong with cleaning an appliance. Just because other appliances don't show the gross stuff, doesn't mean they aren't still gross and dirty. The 1 star review is because it stopped working after about 19 months. Less than 2 years old and it's dead. Absolutely not acceptable for a $400 appliance that is rarely used.

Purchased as part of an appliance package. Has already exceeded my expectation due to the fact it has quite a few features that I didn't realize when purchasing. The preset for baked potato worked perfect - potato was cooked with no hard spots!

I like the depth of the tray included with the unit. I'm sure it will be helpful for cleanup of my spills! We guys appreciate the little extras! The control panel is easy to operate and clean.

Works great - Sensor and the turntable are useful features (had to get rid of the rack). The only issues were the amount of time and the number of attempts it took to have the microwave delivered and installed.

We got this to replace a GE that died after 7 years. It's only been 2 weeks but so far, so good. I miss the one-touch function of the GE (Press 1 for one minute on high, press 2 for two minutes on high, press 3 for...) but other than that it's good so far.

Good Microwave. Had an issue with the door which Bestbuy fixed right away.

Great Microwave, worlds better than my old samsung and has a pleasant jingle.

Great price for the larger sized capacity! Automatic settings are combined under the same menu listings such as no listing for a potato without scrolling hard vegetable. Will have to try different options or just set the cook time

This large LG microwave has worked without fail for the past year. The inside space is large and serves me well. I appreciate the two speed light that shines into the stove and the fan works extremely well. It looks really nice too

I especially like the Custom Cook feature. I programmed it to reheat my mug of coffee at 100% power for one minute and 20 seconds. My coffee is perfect and the mug is not to hot to handle every time. Great machine.

I got it to match with black and black stainless appliances and it matches fantastically! I have not had a chance to use all the specialized buttons - but its is nice to have the options to make it a quick one button push! It fit perfectly where my hood vent went!

Best feature to me is the 4 fan speed setting. There’s Low, Mid, High, and Turbo. At Low, very quiet so you can actually hold a conversation while utilizing fan. Love the glass touch surface.

I replaced this LG with a really old one. I am soo happy with that. Just be careful with rotating internal fan since it supports 3 different exhausts and also another peace of info for DIY fans. It is not a one man job.

I love my new microwave LG. It has a modern look and so far I'm happy with my purchase.
