This is a standard over-the range microwave. It is by LG so I expect good performance but we will see. The controls are a bit hard to read in dim light but everything you want is there. The range hood fan is noisier than I would like but the microwave fan is just fine.

I replaced a Samsung with this. I like that the interior is not painted white like my old one was since over time as you wash it the paint wears off. One feature that I was looking for was the glass touch pad in Liew of a membrane. Works well easy to clean.

This is an excellent microwave, and very happy that I purchased it. Top of the line.

Very sharp looking microwave. No complaints about performance at all, does what a microwave is supposed to do. Exhaust fan works better than my old Whirlpool unit. Only real complaint is how hard the exterior is to keep clean but that is to be expected with stainless.

The LG stainless steel micro works great. In our installation the microwave is a bit too high in order to see what is cooking in the microwave. A larger window for viewing would help.

Our microwave just died, so we went online to look for microwave. Using BestBuy website made it easy to compare and find the one we wanted. We picked up at the store, brought it home and installed it on New Year's Eve. It is beautiful in our kitchen and the Wife is so happy with it. You will too.

This LG microwave(LMV2031ST) is the same 1000W and almost the same capacity(1.9) as our Maytag which lasted 11 years. Happy to replace white color with stainless. Fortunate to get an "open box" in perfect condition at an unbeatable price. Same 10 year warranty on megetron as Maytag.

It does it’s job well. Wasn’t my first choice. Best Buy totally screwed up our order and I needed a replacement for our old one. First choice was what we wanted. It was installed but never worked! This was the only thing immediately available.

Great looking microwave, easy to install. A little on the pricey side, but with all the features and the way it works makes it worth the price. Haven't had it too long, so we'll see what the durability is like.

Old microwave was too low to range so we replaced cabinet so it was higher for back dial range. If going with a front dial range and microwave seems to low to range, don't replace cabinet:)

we purchased this to replace a 5 year old LG 1.8 . The sensor cooking is my favorite from hot dogs to popcorn - it gets it right all the time. overhead stove light is dimmer (only one bulb in this one) than the older one - time will tell if it holds up.

bought this microwave to replace an LG older model which stopped working. Also because I thought I would need to do less work mounting it being both the same brand. However, the mounting brackets were different and had to remove the old one and install the new. No big deal but I wish companies thought about this. This is the 3rd microwave I install in the same kitchen. Hence the back wall is full of holes as none were the same. The range works fine. Only other regret is the glass window is smaller and the bottom part is obscured. Hence to see what is going on inside you must be tall to peek inside.

There is no express heating buttons. So every single time you use it you need to press multiple buttons! 1-0-0-start for a minute (or 30 sec-30 sec-start). Total hassle. But you have all these useless buttons (kids meal, pizza, etc). The buttons are either very sticky one day or extremely sensitive the next. Either way it’s no time saver. Plus you can’t warm food while the fan is going. neither will work properly. Ridiculous design. I don’t need the rest of the bells and whistles. So what I do need it for, it doesn’t do well.

This had a lot of features that just seemed great but were complicated to use so I never used them. But it looks great in my kitchen..

1. Door had to he cloaed by pushing uppe4 rt corner or it doesnt close all the way. 2. Uses halogen light under microwave: very hot and heats up inside microwave to wete inside plate can burn you. Can replace with led at your ecspense.

I had one just like this in my previous house and loved it. Sold the house and when I saw this on sale, I knew that this house needed the upgrade. Nice features and the interior is big enough for most of my dishes.

Microwave is very quiet from shutting the door to the cooking process. Very attractive stainless steel finish that is easy to keep clean. Several buttons for shortcuts. My favorite is the 30 second button.

Sorry Gordon Ramsey... this thing works great! Then again I'm not trying to run a restaurant... so for anyone else who knows just enough around the kitchen to be dangerous, this is the microwave for you!

So far so good with this microwave. Right after installing this unit we noticed a rattle coming from the motor area but it went away and has not reappeared. Plenty of preset selections to take the guesswork out of cooking time. Happy with the selection.
