Keypad Electrical Issues

Error says there is a short, and a technician came out to replace the entire board and keypad. After another 1-2 months, the same error is occurring again. Also I'm not happy with the functionality of this microwave. Normally pressing 2 will express cook for 2 minutes, but this model doesn't do that. Very much regret this purchase.

So disappointing, not a real smart device!

How can you call yourself a smart device and Not work with Alexa or Google? What a disappointment! The only reason I bought this was to be able to turn on the Micowave by voice. I could have bought a cheaper microwave that does what this does!

Door hinge requires free space to open

Blower broke so fast

It took a long time to fix my problem, and finally they told me to return it to the Store for a exchange, with a code that LG gave me Besides that it works perfect.

Damaged Microwave

When we tried to remove it from the box, the whole back side was bent. The box was in bad shape when it was delivered so we think that is why the appliance got crushed.

Broken upon install

Not working after 4 months

The timer will continue, however no power or sound. When you push the door in, it will work. Who wants to stand in front of a microwave and hold the door? I paid pretty good money. Unable to return, however I have a 1 year warranty with LG. Also the stainless steel chipped already, pretty disappointed because I thought very highly of LG.

Get what you pay for

The product looked great installed, but when you open the door it makes a clicking noice at the hinge. There plenty of room, the microwave is not touching the sides, yet the door is buckling at the henge. I would not buy this product.

geek squad fails

The microwave looked great, to save money I paid a neighbor to help me install it. After I installed it I noticed annoying clicking sound coming from the hinges. The model in the store did not make that sound, because I returned on the 16 day I was only able to get a store credit. I will never buy LG again. So disappointed.
