Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you buy this, or apparently any other LG kitchen appliance, buy the BestBuy extended warranty…you’ll need it because the LG Customer Service is worthless. I had the microwave installed on 11/8/18 and was on the phone with LG the following day because the nightlight overheated the turntable to the point I couldn’t touch it. After 2 service calls and numerous phone calls to LG, with little to no response from them, BestBuy offered to replace the unit (I hadn’t purchased the extended protection), but I wasn’t quite ready to give up because I like the looks and functions of the unit. I managed to fix the problem myself by downsizing the halogen light on the bottom of the microwave. I now have a BestBuy extended warranty on the microwave. I'd never recommend LG but would recommend BestBuy.

The style is very nice and love the look in my kitchen. Many settings preprogrammed. Great buy

What I don't like is the nooks and crannies on the inside which makes the unit difficult to clean if there is a splatter. The clock never stays lit.
