Very fast and easy to use. I would purchase again!

This LG microwave is very nice looking and has all of the standard features you'd expect in today's microwave ovens. It cooks very nicely and the custom features are great. Much better at cooking food than my old GE microwave. That is why I give this LG OTR Microwave three stars. However, there are two problems with this unit that I don't like and that cost LG a five star rating from me. One problem is the lighting over the range AND inside the microwave oven are not bright enough. Needs much better lighting, especially inside the microwave. The second, even more important, problem is this OTR microwave is lacking good ventilation suction. The suction is pathetic, even on the turbo fan setting. What a joke! My 14 year old GE OTR microwave did twice as good a job ventilating over my gas range as this new LG model does. I have tried many different things to improve the suction, but to no avail. I have looked at several different web sites ( including LG website), consumer blogs and you tube videos for help with this issue. Apparently most of these modern OTR microwaves are weak in this way. Weak ventilation capabilities. I guess it's just something you have to live with in most of these newer OTR Microwave ovens. Disappointing. Less fancy and more straight forward ventilation might be a better way to go. I would recommend this unit for the looks and cooking but not recommend it for it's weak lighting and ventilation.

Overall excellent microwave. Sleek design is nice. Our old microwave handle broke off and was stupidly expensive to replace, so we looked for a design without a handle. Controls could be easier to see in lower light, but not a deal breaker.

The microwave works great and looks good also. I am very pleased with this purchase overall. The installation was a two person job that required patience and a few minor adjustments along the way. The other con is the fingerprints that are always left behind. Aside from those few things, the microwave functions as expected. Everything works great.

Easy install. Lots of preset cooking settings. Large enough to accommodate large casserole dishes. Is quiet.

This is a great microwave! It seems to heat evenly, and it’s very sleek and modern looking. It’s very pretty to look at it stays clean. It heats well and it’s extremely quiet.

Excellent micowave with a lot features. Takes cooking to a new level. The dark screen takes some getting use to. Definitely need to read manual before you begin using unit.

I installed it myself and it was very easy to follow instructions. I like all about it. It looks great, spacious inside, easy to operate and the air vent is powerful and not as noisy as my old microwave.

Not only is this a good looking appliance, it is also super easy to use. Love the air fry feature which does a fantastic job at crisping fried items brought home in a "doggie " bag.

This was upgrade to a less expensive LG model. There are great features that made it worth the price. It was on sale so definitely worth the price!

After a few hiccups in our order, we received our LG Black Stainless Steel microwave. It looks great and works even better. Don't get me wrong even though there were a couple of issues in getting the correct microwave, everyone was super helpful and very friendly and worked feverishly to make certain that we were completely satisfied and got what we were looking for. This is a really good looking and powerful microwave with los of features. It even has a wi-fi connected app to keep in touch. Lots of buttons for quick and easy operations.Would recommend to a friend for sure!
