I’ve had this microwave installed a little over a month and so far no problems. Nice design helps modernize the kitchen. I’m starting to use the sensor cooking settings which helps not to overheat certain foods. I also bought the extended warranty just in case any issues. Cons: The bottom of glass is tinted so you cannot see the food while heating.

I chose this microwave for its outstanding Consumer Reports recommendations, and it has become a beloved addition to our home, cooking meals quickly and efficiently.

Great Microwave, clean looks and quiet. It also matches our LG Fridge and Dishwasher.

Easy to install with a little help from capable friends. All the features are easy to use. It would be nice if the menu items on the front illuminated when you initiate a cook request.

It's a nice microwave with high wattage and lots of room; I gave it 4 because I don't like the display. The clock shuts off after a few minutes, so you can't use it to see the time quickly. Also, on the reheat and other buttons, unless you have the book open that tell you what the setting is for each number, you are guessing until you can memorize them, so not impressed with the functionality. Lots of choices but it's a guessing game.

Looks nice, cleans nice, no smudges. Just replaced my white one with this one in my newly painted kitchen.

Needed a replacement microwave to sit above our stove, This fit perfectly and looks great!

It could not of been easier, I purchased online, went the next morning and picked it up, the young gentleman help me put it in the van and off i went. As easy as that!

We absolutely love this microwave, with exception of two things. 1. This is a fingerprint magnet! 2. The light is not bright at all.

I recently purchased the lg microwave from Best Buy. I am very pleased with this purchase. It is very easy to use and there is a small chart on the inside for reference depending on what your trying to cook or reheat. The interior is black which I also like very much. Overall a very good purchase.

This is a very nice microwave, although perhaps a bit more pricey than comparable units. We bought while purchasing other kitchen appliances to match color (black stainless). Pretty easy to mount, although we potentially had less clearance than most installations due to granite backsplash installed previously very close to former microwave (which was just a little smaller in dimensions). But we got it to fit. Seems to work well. It does appear to cook much faster/hotter than our former unit. Was surprised the first time I cooked a couple of items that I knew exactly what I'd cook them on with the former unit, and they got much hotter/faster with this unit. Unit has an energy button, which from the instructions just appears to turn off the display to save electricity. However, next usage it turns back on, so you need to remember to always push that button if wanting to save energy. Seems like that ought to be a setting you can make permanent if desired. All the various reheat and cook categories are nice, however perhaps would have been better to display the categories on the screen instead of just using a number mechanism that you then have to reference a chart with (unless you memorize them!). There is a chart inside the microwave, so at least you don't need to keep the manual always nearby. It does appear to be a bit deeper than my previous unit - glass tray is larger. Does have a lot of features - time will tell whether we actually use them or just enter time and level. Perhaps since this one seems to heat faster, using the categories may be more accurate than our guesses. Currently can recommend this product.

We chose this microwave because of its looks, but it microwaves great as well. You are touching the glass for inputs so it will require cleaning your fingerprints off every now and then but no qualms here. Great purchase

Installation straight forward. Controls are easy to operate and it can convert to several different exhaust options. One being in the room. This also is easy to do and documented in the instructions. Unit heats well and has a fairly large oven. Several different reheat options and other specialty settings makes this a great asset in the kitchen

This is a great microwave. Easy to use.... easy to clean. The quality of the materials is very good. The only improvements I would like to see would be 1) that the light stay on inside the microwave during cooking and 2) that the interior be a lighter color. I know light colors show more spots to be cleaned, but that is the purpose of cleaning it !
