Easy, works well, attractive. Although it does not have a shelf, it is large.

This is the best of several microwaves I have owned over the years. Not only is the exterior sleek stainless steel but it is space saving, easy to clean, and has great pre-programmed options widely used in everyday cooking and baking.

Easy to use, heats food evenly and very quicky.I love the defrost options because saves me time.

Just got installed today and is working great. The team that shipped the product were easy to work with, called ahead of time to know when it would be delivered and made my job easy!

I purchased this microwave on sale at Best Buy to replace a Professional Series microwave that failed and there were several immediately noticeable differences. First, the microwave operation was much quieter than my previous microwave. Even the fan operation was quieter, when running at the lower speeds. The interface is very nice and the microwave is attractive. The only downsides are that it is difficult to see into the microwave through the front window when operating and that the front of the microwave does show fine grease particles after cooking on the stovetop. Overall, a very attractive and quiet microwave with a good warranty.

Easy to install Only issue was mapping diagram for screws above range - they were backwards (left v right hole locations).

Our 20-year-old OTR microwave finally kicked the bucket, and we were at a loss to find a suitable replacement among so many choices. We are very happy to have come across this LG OTR microwave. It has all the functions we need and performs very well. The interior is quite spacious. And yet the price is so reasonable. The Best Buy/Geek Squad delivery and installation was also very reasonably priced, and we received a great value by purchasing this product. One cautionary note: The exterior of this microwave does attract fingerprints. All it takes is to wipe them off, but, if you are a scrupulous type, this fact may become an issue. Not for us, however.

Not sure why all microwaves dont have this design, seriously neat upgrade for my spaceship

This microwave looks great in my newly remodeled kitchen went with the LG brand to match my stove and dishwasher. don’t really cook in the microwave just basically warm things up have no problems so far

My microwave died right after Thanksgiving. We decided to upgrade all of our kitchen appliances. Best Buy had the BEST prices on the LG brand. We love our new microwave!

Sleek, warms very quickly, can’t beat it, everything is on the side for the sleek look

It has great capacity, super easy to clean the inside, no stains or messes. Touch panel works like a dream, absolutely no need to apply pressure. I've only used the microwave mode. Have not used the convection oven mode yet.

I have not had this long but I have used it quite a bit. seems to do everything I need. I mostly use the microwave to warm up or melt items, it works great and is easy to use.

Large capacity. Seems to cook hotter than my old G.E. Rather difficult to see inside while it is running. Other than that, it performs well

We purchased this microwave as a replacement for one that went bad. I love this microwave. Very simple to use and heats food very well. Also is smudge proof with finger prints!

The microwave is nice. It has programs already set and works well. It is a little noisier than my old one but works better. The color goes well with all my other appliances.

Very satisfied with this microwave. Nice design and the black stainless color looks nicer than Samsung black stainless... it's more of a bronze tint. The control panel is very user friendly and the exhaust fan works very well
