So far so good. They all just do one thing LOL. The important thing is that the handles stay intact and the buttons keep working. Installation was fast and easy.

Purchased this OTR microwave to replace our older GE. We like it so far. Only gripe is that the rack sits super low to the microwave plate and you can't adjust the height.

As others have noted being over the range it’s difficult to see inside. If fact it’s impossible for me. Otherwise it’s perfect. I love all settings and it’s been accurate!

I like the stainless steel finish and the higher power of microwave. It does a fine job cooking frozen foods or just warming. We are enjoying it.

Love this LG microwave! This is the second one we've bought for our main kitchen. The other one is in our vacation home.

this is a replacement microwave, found this LG Microwave was the best deal out there. Works as well as a more expensive model and brand, on top of that it also looks good, down side for power saving the clock turns off/ go's to sleep

I really like this microwave. The letters are a bit larger, so it's easy to read them. My only complaint is that the window is kind of small and the light is dim. Very hard to see anything inside.

I replaced an older GE microwave with this one and it is just ok. I am finding that the numbers are wearing out already after about 1 year and I miss the one-button reheat function on my older GE model.

I've only owned this for a month but so far I have been pleased. I've tried a few of the specialty cooking settings and they have worked great!

The paper instructions were not clear about the in-room venting. However, the LG installation video from the LG website answered all of our questions. We were also able to use the existing mount from our previous GE microwave.

We thought this was a better model to replace the smaller model we returned. The control panel was brighter but again no fast access buttons, for instance if you hit the number one, it is one second. I was expecting to have a one minute quick button. The only quick button is 30 seconds. We were assured by the sales person that it would most definitely work that way since we were returning the other model and we had to hire someone to remove and install this second purchase. High and low light but no setting for a timer for the night light. Door looks stainless steel but is plastic. The window to see inside the Microwave is very small and so high you can't see inside. Auto timed feature seems to reheat way too long. Seems no one could confirm these features prior to purchase online or in the store. We bought an LG to match our other appliances. I would exchange it if I didn't have to pay for another installation.

Bought the LG microwave to replace a Maytag microwave. Can't believe how the LG is so much better quality. I would consider other LG products due to this experience with the microwave.

We like this product very much. Simple to install and solid. Only thing keeping me from five stars is that the view window is small and difficult to see through.

This microwave does the job. Wish the front glass was not so dark or the interior light was much brighter so you could view the food...there are times when visual cooking of food is necessary so as to not overcook.

We had clear intention to look for ORT microwave unit with maximum amount of air ventilation, it does the job with four fan speed, happy with the purchase.

Absolutely love this microwave! Freed up so much space on my countertop. The guy who came to install it was awesome! Overall, great experience!

Technician did great job carefully installing microwave. Great fit, easy to use. Installer was on time and careful to follow Covid safety regulations when in our home.

I have had this microwave for 2 years now and it works like a champ. Metal grates are easy to remove and clean
