I waited a month before submitting this review to really test it. It’s great! The front is smooth and easy to clean (old one had weird vent fins that were impossible to clean) which is a huge bonus. The sensor cool options work well (never thought I’d use that much but I love it!). Nice big turntable. My only complaint is the wire rack is a few inches too low to microwave much more than a plate before you have to take it out. I like having it so I can heat two plates at once but I’m not sure that benefit is worth having to remove it for probably 60-75% of things I microwave because they won’t fit under it. For example, my coffee cup doesn’t fit under it so I either put it up on the rack or remove the rack. But I would absolutely purchase this again tomorrow.

Fantastic product, so easy to operate and looks great n the kitchen with my other new appliances (fridge, range and dishwasher). No problem reading control panel as some people say, and my kitchen is very bright.

We purchased this one after a mishap with our previous LG microwave. Best Buy do a great job in installing it over our stove, and we have not had any problems with it. I’m glad we chose to go with Best Buy...

Microwave had great instructions for installation. The microwave offers many features and works great. Lots of options for reheating, melting, and cooking meals. Lots of space inside and we have had no issues since installing.

Had this microwave for about 4 weeks now and am very impressed with it. Nice looking display, easy clean interior, and nice and roomy. Install was quite easy...about an hour. Overall a nicely priced large OTR microwave.

Although our old microwave did not need replacing, we have a very small kitchen space. When we purchased a new LG fridge, I wanted to update all appliances and have all the same brand. I looked for an OTR microwave with the features I use often, and am very pleased with our choice. It has more options than the old one, especially for Reheat and Defrost, while keeping the ones I liked before, like Popcorn and 30 Sec. heating. The microwave is easy to use, but I need to keep the instruction manual and reading glasses handy because I am so short I can't always read the scroll area for choices...

My microwave quit on me. I went with a bigger one. I love this microwave because of the features and ease of using.so glad I found it and same brand as my new range.

We recently purchased the LG - 2.0 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking. It has a large interior and is easy to use. Quieter than our last microwave. It is a good unit.

Picked this up to replace the black plastic builders grade appliance that came with the house. Had never installed an OTR microwave, but the instructions and supplied hardware made it relatively easy to do. Looks amazing in our Kitchen. Two favorite things are the sensor cook feature and the ease of cleaning. Reheating leftovers is easy and cooks perfectly. The interior of the microwave is very easy to clean with just a wet paper towel, unlike others we've had that needed a scouring pad. As others mentioned, the front window is very dark and you can't really see through it. I'm not too worried about it since it's likely this way to help improve performance.

Well so far its beautiful and just installed so no use experience. But one thing to consider is Bestbuy has the dimensions wrong. Its actually 17 3/4 deep and 15 7/8 high. So now my tile doesn't reach all the way to the microwave its 1 inch short.

its a very microwave it does what microwaves do. it does look nice but i do not prefer this touch feature. It will probly last a few more years and ill have to buy another. I had quite a hard time installing it as it was a bit different than the other over the range microwave that i had also bought from best buy. They seem to last around 4 or 5 years. mine is over 2 years old. My dad has a tappan over the range that has lasted over 25 years. i bought my house and it had a brand new whirlpool and the megatron went out on it after a few years so i through it out not realizing they would have fixed it for free. So i bought one one on best buy and put it in myself. the megatron also went out on that after like 4 years. the part was under warranty but not the labor. thats funny because the labor would cost as much as a brand new one almost. so i bought this one. These warranties they sell to you are lies. I like this microwave. it was a bit tricky to install if you arent used to doing this. It was over an inch higher than my old one so now you can see where i didnt finish the back splash. I dont like the buttons can just be touched because that bs. This product does work but its just average. I got a good deal on it. For the deal id give it like a 3.8. I wouldnt pay more than i did. Id give it like a 3.9 altogether. it works as its supposed to. I think i paid about 357 after tax and after 50 a month i think it paid off quite quickly. I didnt even notice the payments. 50 a month when u make pretty good is nothing obviously at only 7 months. It works good it looks good. it is what it is is. good thing i had the best buy card because I would have not liked to have to pay that all at once cuz im cheap. also i think a lot of ppl complained because you cant see into it. im 6 ft tall so i see into it fine but if i was my wife or someone under 5ft 9 ya youre not going to be able to see into it while its cooking. which is a GIGANTIC bummer. that was an epic mistake. If youre under 5'9 then for just that reason you could reduce a star.

I looked as so many microwaves and compared so many of them and read can't even tell you how many reviews. We are very happy we got this one. Unfortunately, we like to see the product at the store and not in the computer. It's hard to get a good feel for what you are buying. Nevertheless, all the available photos help. I installed it myself. I figured how hard can it be?! Well, since it was my first I took my time, but definitely it was not hard to do at all. The microwave is a bit heavy, and although it's essentially a one person job. Take the help if available. Overall great product. I haven't use all the features yet, but so far so good!

Great microwave for our needs. Considered the convection LG model, because of dimension size. Decided on this one for cost, appearance and capabilities. Very happy with my decision.

Working good so far the LG over-the-range microwave. It is definately large enough and has a shelf over the turntable, The microwave is also very easy to clean.

Microwave looks very nice with my black appliances. It has many features that my old microwave didn't have. I am very pleased with my purchase. Turn around time from purchase to installation wasn't long at all.

Our bigger fancier died. I really considered going back to a countertop model, but this one is perfect. Matches all my other LG appliances, easy to use, much easier to clean than the old one, and the color of the interior is awesome.

This microwave is very nice. The black stainless steal looks really good and it has all the typical features and then some. Good size and would definitely recommend.

The LG microwave is a sleek and powerful microwave that heat up foods quickly. Very simple to operate. It looks so nice paired up with all LG appliances. We are happy with the microwave.

This is so much better than the last microwave I had. It heats and defrosts evenly. The size is perfect for practically anything. I haven't used the convection part yet, but i'm looking forward to it.
