Great unit. Ez to remove shelf and dish to clean. Smudge proof finger prints is a nice touch. Works as it should.

The most advanced microwave I’ve ever owned. This model does not connect via wifi like the matching stovetop does (I believe LG produced one, but it’s wasn’t being sold at Best Buy when I bought this one). Has a bunch of cool settings, but my favorite is having to press just 1 button to make popcorn :). Totaltech took care of the installation and hauled away my old microwave at no charge!!! LG always puts out great products.

It looks good there is two design flaw on the inside of the door there is a black panel blocking the view of food being cooked and the the view you can only see is the back well of the microwave also the inside is a dark grey and lighting is very dim inside

Since we were buying a new oven, we decided to buy an range microwave to replace our hold one. We decided to go with the LG microwave to match our LG dishwasher. Also with the LG black stainless models, they matched up with our GE oven pretty well. Overall the microwave has been excellent and we havent had any issues.

Love the style...this was part of a full appliance upgrade for my kitchen and it goes really well with the range. The only drawback to report is that the controls blend in too well with the sleek look of the black glass and can be hard to read. It would be nice if there was a backlight that could come on when you touch the panel.

No issues. Works great so far. Would recomend to a friend.

Pickup was easy, ordered ahead and was helped by an associate to carry out to my truck. Installing was pretty straightforward, the holes for the template lined up pretty well, but did need to make them a bit larger than prescribed.

Very nice microwave. It was very hard to find one. It matches the 3 other KG appliances I have.

I went to the store only to buy a stove, but this elegant microwave jumped at me at once. LG's slick design caught my eye immediately. The more I use it, the more I love it.

Don't get it! I've had it for a year tomorrow, and for the past week, it says 'Humidity sensor F4 code.' Tried calling LG, but they are something else. My Samsung lasted 6 years before I had to replace it.

This microwave goes perfectly with the new LG Range and LG Fridge we bought together for our rental townhouse. It has all the features one would want, including a light for the range and an exhaust fan with filter to pull cooking fumes out of the air. The control features are all there, but in a different order than our old microwave, so it took a little getting used to, but once we did, it was great.

Would have been a five but the box was damaged and slight damage on the unit itself.

easy to install. i like the chime when food is finished. lots of touch control options. i don’t like that there is not a rack which i was used to with my other LG. I’ve had this one for 2 weeks and so far so good.

This microwave is the best one of the four Over-the-Range microwaves we have owned over the past 35 years. It heats food perfectly on the Reheat pre-set as well as on user entered Cooking Times. The installation by the Geek Squader was quite efficient, and the installer was competent and pleasant. Plus, the price was a great value.

Wasn’t my first choice but it is fabulous. Large enough to cook a large casserole and do all the warm up and reheat items I ever need. Love it!

It is pretty, works well and easy to clean. I don’t feel like this microwave is much better than the 15 year old GE that I replaced though and the light facing down towards the stove is pretty much worthless, not very bright.

Great appearance and quality. I love the microwave especially with all the options.
