The microwave is great but my overall experience was marred by the installers. The microwave was installed crooked and I tried to contact them to correct the installation but they have not responded to me at all.

Fit perfectly as a replacement for a previous model LG microwave. Even the old brackets fit. It would be nice if the buttons had a low back light when pressed so that you can use it without turning on lights but it works and looks great.

Solid purchase and has all the bells and whistles!

The controls are not the most intuitive and the instructions are extensive. They seem to have stressed many automated steps and overlooked the simple manual ones. As someone who only uses it occasionally, I am struggling with the time setting. It is not idiot proof.

I've had this a month, and so far I LOVE it! Microwaves a little faster and hotter than my others did. I like that I can push one button to get the job done!

Looks great and works great so far. My last lg I had for 15 years so hopefully this will last the next 15.

Good does what it’s supposed to do! Seems to heat better than my old one. The tones for when food is done or the timer goes off is pleasant

We've just installed this recently so haven't been using it for long. What I do like so far is "no handle" - do not have to worry about the handle breaking. Like any new appliance I have to "learn" all the features but so far so good. We will see how long the touch pad lasts .. .

The microwave is very efficient, instructions are easy to follow and informative. A quality product that can be recommended to anyone. Very satisfied.

Looks sleek, works great. Takes up less space than the older model. I love that it doesn’t have a bulky handle in the front. So many pre-set functions with sensors that makes reheating easy without ruining the texture of leftovers.

So far, so good and got a lot of buttons on it. A lot of settings to pick from we haven't tried them all. But we got time. My daughter said when she first walked in and saw it when we get the new spaceship

This microwave is very nice. Like the way it plays a tone when your food is ready. You can also program it to wifi and to your phone. You can turn the microwave on with phone.
