When our previous built-in microwave went out, I anticipated issues with finding a replacement. However, using the information provided on the Best Buy website, I was able to find a replacement that fit perfectly in the space above our range. Moreover, the LG 2.0 over-the-range microwave is an improvement over our previous microwave. The LG has more features, is easier to use and has a fun chime when the cooking cycle is complete. Rather than list the many features (you can read those on the Best Buy website), I'll just say our entire family loves it!

Overall very good. you need to get used to the door size as it is little bigger than the regular ones.

Really loving the new microwave. It cooks everything to perfection. Easy to use. The fingerprint proof really does work on the stainless steel (not so much on the glass part). My only gripes are that the door is a little long, the light underneath is NOT an LED light, and the filter fell down by itself, once already, without being touched. Hopefully that is a one and done with the filter. Time will tell. I would definitely still recommend this microwave.

I bought this microwave in Jan 2025. In August 2025 it stopped working (keep in mind I am not a heavy duty user of this microwave. I only use the basic time setting to reheat food. I'm not using all the bells and whistles and not doing anything complicated with it). It would turn on but not heat the food. It was still under the one year warranty. I contacted customer service and they sent someone to fix it - they replaced the magnatron. Great. Three weeks later, it breaks again. I called customer service and had to spend another hour troubleshooting with them even though I knew what the problem was (the magnatron - same problem as before). They then told me I needed to get it repaired again, which I already knew, but fine. The representative put me through to someone else and the call was dropped. I then sent an email through the "Office of the President" via LGs website, and someone got in touch with me next day - great. They set me up with ANOTHER repairman, and someone came a week and a half later and fixed it again (it was the same thing - the magnatron). Two days later IT BROKE AGAIN. The same issue! I contacted them again and said I just wanted a refund. They said they couldn't refund or replace unless a tech said it's unrepairable. They said they'd find a tech and it would take 3-5 business days. Here I am, two weeks later and I still haven't heard back! This is from the "Presidential Liason's Office"! I've texted them back twice on the same text string we've used before and they've basically ghosted me at this point. So, if you think a warranty from LG means anything, think again! If you think they'll stand behind their product, they clearly don't. They sold me a lemon, made me jump through hoops to get anything done at all, and then just stopped responding. I still have two months left on my warranty and at this point they've probably spent more on parts and repair than they would have on a dang replacement, which I asked for from the beginning. Personally, I will never, ever buy any product from LG again, and I have to replace my fridge and washer/dryer in the next couple of years. Terrible customer service, meaningless warranty and overall bad company. AVOID

It does well cooking and looks good. It does struggle with heating a large amount of milk, but is more accurate on things like popcorn compared to our old. Powerful venting is a plus+ and the auto turn on when it detects high heat is a nice feature. What I would like to see is to be able to add a specific amount of time to something instead of just 30 second additions.

Great microwave love the look and the fan is awesome

Microwave works great. More functions than I'll ever use, but easy to figure out. My only complaint is the oversized door. It looks great but makes it much more difficult to get things in and out. Not recommended for tight spaces. I have an island counter in front of the oven and have to stand off to the side or do the limbo to open it.

Absolutely love this microwave. Looks great without the handle. Definitely a fingerprint magnet. Cooks perfectly. Was fairly easy to install considering I have zero experience installing over the stove microwave. And looks great sitting above our LG Stove with the same black stainless steel

Recently bought this microwave and installed myself. Little tricky to get it leveled however once installed it works great. Sleek, easy to use, and looks great. Have had for a month or so now, no issues.

Ok... not only does this microwave look SUPER COOL, but works perfectly. Love the presets and is very easy to work. Zero complaints.

Easy to install! Looks really nice! Easy buttons to use and I like there is no handle on the outside of the door.

Had an older built in microwave, it finally stopped working. So I did some research on LG because we have been replacing our older appliances with LG. Well once again we got it right. We have had it for over a month and it’s fantastic, through the lg app we even have to exhaust fan synced with the lg range top. The ease of use is great the cooking menu has so many features I can’t say enough!!
