    The microwave works just fine. It's quiet enough and the fan works. But the "glass" keypad doesn't always register presses unless you hit it just the right way. I'm sure the keypad will last longer because the surface isn't flexible, but it is a bit annoying. Thankfully we got this unit at a good discount, so I don't mind so much.
