We needed a stronger fan and this does the job. It has 4 speeds and works great since we had it for 6 weeks. It's a typical microwave with some extra features. It was just an added bonus. I'm usually not an LG fan but so far so good.

Nice dark color, easy to use, powerful fan, heats food quickly, strong hinge.

I purchased this unit because LG has good reviews for reliability and it had controls most like my old unit. It works well as a microwave, but I hate the fact that the inside of the door is outlined in black so I can't see the food, and as a short person the blackened areas of the display panel make it very hard for me to read unless I move several feet away. The top numbers are visible but other settings on the display are covered by the black outline. Unfortunately this was a problem with many units currently available. Designers seem to not have heard the expression - if it's not broke don't fix it; they just all copy the latest new trend without much forethought.

I’m very happy with my LG 2.0 cu ft over the range microwave that replaced my 17 yr old Frigidaire Gallery microwave. I’ve only had it a little over a month now but so far very pleased. Very spacious inside but don’t usually use the rack that came with it.

As I updated all my over appliances, the microwave was not as important; however, it took minimal time to install and have operational. Moreover, it has some of the best features. Great microwave.

I like it so far. The only problem is that the display isn't correct when I turn on the light over the stove. My sister bought the same one and it does the same thing.

I originally purchased a cheaper LG over-the-range microwave to match my new LG gas range. When I got it home and plugged it in, I discovered it had a green clock, whereas my range, has a white clock. I returned and purchased this one to have matching white clocks. I'm not absolutely in love with the dark interior. It's heating abilities are average.
