The shipment & delivery of the LG Over the Range Microwave was just days after NYC was required to shelter in place effectively preventing the completion of the renovations started and the proper installation of this appliance. Still waiting for the authorization from NYS & NYC for the work to resume and the installation of this microwave. Hopefully there are no issues and it is was a good purchase once I am able to use it.

Vents air good. Has several speeds of venting. Not too loud. Cooks evenly. Easy to operate.

The unit looks great, has a host of short-cuts, a rack for 2-level cooking, is fairly quiet, and the price was just right.

This microwave definitely "got the looks"! I like how many options it gives for warming up or cooking food. The fan and the light are a wonderful bonus that we all like too. The only 2 negatives I have so far is that you have to wipe the fingerprints off of it EVERY. DAY... And also, because we got spoiled by our previous microwave that had 1250W and this new one is only 1000W, it takes a little longer for the food to be ready. Other than that, it is a great choice in over-the-range microwaves!

We chose this particular microwave because it matched with our new range. Glad we did. Nice, clean contemporary lines, easy to program, very good exhaust fan for the stovetop, and well built. We are always pleased with our LG purchases, and I expect this will bring us years of trouble free use. Best Buy installation was done well and in a very professional manner. Thank you for that.

Easy set up and no issues. Mine actually came with a small ding out of the box but Best Buy replaces it with no hassle

Were looking to replace the original microwave in out town home. Came across this one at BB on Sale. So far its been working great.

Use our microwave regularly. This one is reliable and has many automated features. Easy to use.

Pretty good microwave but a couple of complaints: we special ordered a white one and it showed up with more black on it than in the photos. Second, the black window won’t allow you to see the food cooking unless you’re 6’2’ or taller. Next, previous version we were replacing with this had two lights underneath vs. just one on this new one. Finally, read enough reviews of all the microwaves out there and you will add an extended warranty- it seems half go bad in the first couple of years.

We had to replace an older LG model, and this one installed exactly the same way as the old LG. Works well, powerful, and feels sturdy.

One week with this microwave and it works really well.
