This microwave has a ton of features packed into it, and it seems to work well. However, I have noticed the screen doing some odd things, such as the bottom row of text disappearing, or not displaying fully. I also don't like that it ships with only one halogen "night light." The light is way too dim, and I would expect LED exterior lights to match the rest of LGs appliances. I was able to replace the T4 bulb with an LED bulb, but because there is only one light, it's still pretty dim.

An awesome Microwave with all the great features. The only con...is when turning on the light underneath the microwave to light up the range top, that light is so hot, it heats the glass turntable inside the microwave. I actually called on that matter and the rep. checked on that issue and they told her it was ok. Nothing to worry about. Other than that, we love the micro!!!

Nice clean looking microwave. Matches up nice with our Frigidaire stove.

Has many preset heating programs and it is very convenient with all the functions that it has. I just wish the window in the door is larger so we can see the inside and make sure it isn't boiling over. Also, I wish we can use the key pad to quickly request the cooking time, by pressing 1 for 1 min, 2 for 2 mins, 3 for 3 mins ...etc. and it will start right away, instead of too many clicks. but overall it is a great product.

After consulting several reviews of above the range microwaves, I settled on this one. Glad I did! It's easy to operate and powerful.

We ended up returning because we went a different direction with kitchen design. However, it would have looked great over our lg range.

Just received our new kitchen appliances and extremely happy we went with LG. Best Buy was running a great sale and we saved 100s of dollars. Sales person was extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend Best Buy as your place to purchase appliances. The whole process was excellent. Delivery guys arrived on time and made sure we were happy with setup. Still learning all the functions. Could not be anymore happier with choice of LG.

Spacious interior and yet took up little more room than my previous microwave. Love the custom settings for reheating. Easy to use too.

The microwave looks nice, modern, and is quiet. The average rating is due to the hardware supplied. The lag bolts were cheap and one of the bolts broke even though instructions were followed for pre-drilling. Customer service to address the issue was well below average. Zero assistance was provided following phone calls.

Product arrived in two days. I don't think we have tried all the options yet but we are very happy with it's performance so far.

Nice and large microwave oven. The exhause fan option with timer is a nice addition.

Great microwave! Heats food evenly and sensor cooking is the best feature.

Durable, great product fro the price. I have replaced it with Kicthen Aid Microwave; heating is great within 1 minute

Is a good microwave for the price but the door is not as smooth as my old Kenmore. When is on is a lot louder than my previous one.
