    Lovely item. Professionally installed. Just wish it was more powerful. I like the turntable off option and the controls on the side. Replaced a Kitchenaid that died prematurely. On of the fan covers keeps falling out. Fan is somewhat noisy. All that being said, out of the choices I had, I would probably still purchase it.

    Old OTR Micro crashed....too expensive to fix. Checked out BB, Sears, and Home Depot. BB not only had the best price but the best service. Buying the extended warranty was a no brainer, too. Love the Micro..only complaint might be that the food is hard to see while it is cooking....but not that big of a deal. Wife loves the easy clean insides and the finger-proof resistant stainless on the outside. A great buy for a great price!
