I love the black stainless steel color. This microwave is easy to use

Looking forward to using my new convection oven. It heats up fast and love the touch screen.

Very quiet and gets food hot quickly, in fact I use the popcorn setting and it burnt the popcorn. Oops.

Over all, the microwave works fine. Sensor popcorn works great, melts butter great. One problem is the small viewing area in door. Wife is 5'2 and can't see into oven to monitor cooking with out a stool. Best Buy was great for availability, as most other stores didn't have this microwave, and the price was good too.

We had this same microwave for 16 years, but the brand was Goldstar. The new one is much updated with sensor cooking and a full 2 cu ft. of space inside. We live "off the grid" so the energy efficiency is good. The 4 speed exhaust fan is another great feature. On high the fan is a power hog, so use it wisely. Our LG frig is the only thing we like more. It is 24 cu ft. and pulls only 2.7 amps max. It uses less power than the 20 cu ft. frig we had before.

So easy to keep clean. It has cool settings already programmed in ==just a touch of two digital buttons.

We had needed to buy a different product line when LG did not have black stainless. The microwave died and it was only 2 years after we purchased. It was cheaper for us to buy a new product than to have it serviced. So this was our first appliance that we get to change out with LG. WE ARE SO HAPPY. The only thing that bothers me about this microwave is the light inside is low and it is hard to see inside.

Love the features, size and bottom control panel. Easy to replace air filters also. Love it so far!

The microwave meets our needs well. It is large and has 4 fan speeds for the exhaust fan for the range.
