Special sale price made this model a easy choice for our family. Has all the features plus a few options I'm not sure if anyone needs but we are learning to use. I installed it myself and directions were easy to follow with a paper template. All vent options are available and comes with hardware to complete install. Very happy

Would’ve liked to have seen quick time features that my previous microwave had. Example... press and hold 3 button for quick 3 minute start time. Microwave is a little noisier than more expensive models. Nice design that matches my new LG fridge, which is reason I purchased this.

If you need a microwave with basic features and don't need to get into convection etc., then this is an excellent value. It replaced a 5 year old KitchenAid top of the line model costing hundreds of dollars more. This unit does the job and is much more powerful. Things that took a full minute to warm up now take 35 seconds.

Looks great with my lg stove just don't like that clock won't stay on otherwise love it.

Overall this is a great product. Cooks and reheats food with ease. Only issue was during installation... fastening it too tightly to the cabinet above, made the internal fans squish. This created a loud fan noise internally when the fan was running. Had to loosen it up from up above to solve the issue.

This is a nice thing. I like the glass surface for the touchpad controls, the enameled interior, and how the door closes gently but solidly. I have turned off the signal sounds, so I have one less thing beeping at me in the kitchen. I find these thoughtful touches in a mid-priced appliance.

The install was quick and easy the machine is super quiet it does have a dark window but oh well

Over the range door gets steamy when cooking on stovetop.

Love this microwave. My last microwave was 15 years old. This is a great size and love the tray option to heat up two plates at once. This also has a "soften" feature in addition to the defrost which i have used several times already for sticks of butter and a large container of honey that started to harden.
