overall a very good appliance. only concern would be that the interior, even though it looks sturdier, its harder to clean. I would also recommend LG to upgrade these units and the rest of their OTR microwaves to white LED underlights. regular bulbs are not as energy efficient, and tend to last only couple of years.

All of the "smart" functions work really well - the popcorn button has been very hit or miss on previous microwaves I've had but this one nails it every time. The viewing window is awkwardly placed; you can only see what you're cooking by putting your face right up to the door.

With this microwave purchase, I downgraded from my current microwave features. I miss the automatic night light feature. I need to physically turn on the light. I am unhappy with the door closure because there seems to be some "friction" when operating the door. I am happy with the easy cleaning feature for the interior. The interior wipes clean easily. Unfortunately, the "viewing window" is limited when food is cooking.

This microwave is the quietest ever. So far I am very satisfied with it. It looks good as well.

While we have only had the Microwave for a short while we have been very pleased with it. It looks very nice in the spot where we replaced the old unit and it was a perfect fit. We really like the 4 speed fan which does a great job and is very quite compared to the unit we replaced. We are still learning as it has many features we have not tried yet. We have a washer and dryer from LG and we have been very happy with them

The microwave is louder then my previous one but it works great. It's easy to keep clean.

We've had the microwave a little over a month. I'm still getting used to it since the prior one was ancient, and this one has lots more bells and whistles. My only complaint is about the size of the clock. It appears it's consistent with other LG products since our new range has the tiny clock as well. No big deal at all. Great microwave.
