We had clear intention to look for ORT microwave unit with maximum amount of air ventilation, it does the job with four fan speed, happy with the purchase.

We thought this was a better model to replace the smaller model we returned. The control panel was brighter but again no fast access buttons, for instance if you hit the number one, it is one second. I was expecting to have a one minute quick button. The only quick button is 30 seconds. We were assured by the sales person that it would most definitely work that way since we were returning the other model and we had to hire someone to remove and install this second purchase. High and low light but no setting for a timer for the night light. Door looks stainless steel but is plastic. The window to see inside the Microwave is very small and so high you can't see inside. Auto timed feature seems to reheat way too long. Seems no one could confirm these features prior to purchase online or in the store. We bought an LG to match our other appliances. I would exchange it if I didn't have to pay for another installation.

The microwave does not work as designed. We already have a Geek Squad technician coming out -after about ten days of installment- to replace a couple of parts. A bit dissappointing...

Absolutely love this microwave! Freed up so much space on my countertop. The guy who came to install it was awesome! Overall, great experience!

I love the sleek look of the black stainless steel. It has so much more functionality than my 20 year old microwave that just bit the dust. Really enjoying it.

Great price and quickly ships to store in 2 days for free, unlike the other large home stores that charge you to ship to store and takes up to 10 days.....just saying....

Really like the microwave. Bought the stainless steel bundle package. Did not give 5 stars since the window is dark and hard to look into to see items cooking.

We purchased this microwave in November and it has worked great. The buttons are easy to understand and function. The installation instructions were easy to follow, you just need two people to mount it.

A very fine microwave. The only drawback for my husband is the door is wider than our old one and he is having a hard time adjusting to this.

Straight forward installation. Replaced GE microwave that short circuited when opening door before cycle completed (on 2 consecutive units). No problems to date.

This is a good microwave. Wife wanted black stainless, and liked this color the best. Each brand’s color is a little different, so pick what you like.

The light under the microwave does not light up very well. There is a slot that looks like another bulb could go. The low speed of the fan is very noisy.

It would be perfect if I could see the the whole interior. Limited interior view. LG should redesign. Otherwise, great . Perfect if you’re tall.

Very good looking kitchen appliance with normal microwave features. Removable rack increases cooking space in an already roomy microwave. Cooking power/speed appropriate for stated wattage. Very good value for the price.

This has been a great microwave. the defrost function works better than most that I have used before, and it has enough power to quickly heat up anything you need.

I have had this microwave for 2 years now and it works like a champ. Metal grates are easy to remove and clean

I love this microwave. It has a turn table in the bottom and a middle rack too. Love how easy it is to use. I would recommend this microwave. Great price too.

Love this thing. The microwave is great. The fan however, it’s quiet and you can tell it’s working, but don’t expect it to work like a real cooking hood.

This particular model was perfect for the available space. The unique door hinges made all the difference, It allowed the microwave to be installed right up against the side wall.
