    Old OTR Micro crashed....too expensive to fix. Checked out BB, Sears, and Home Depot. BB not only had the best price but the best service. Buying the extended warranty was a no brainer, too. Love the Micro..only complaint might be that the food is hard to see while it is cooking....but not that big of a deal. Wife loves the easy clean insides and the finger-proof resistant stainless on the outside. A great buy for a great price!

    This microwave is to dark inside and the stainless steel is not clean steel. It is easy to clean but it is easy to get dirty.
