We spent almost $5,000 on appliances over the last 5 months. Our sales guy was very nice and accommodating g ... but when it came to executing the delivery everything was extremely challenging. The dishwasher was installed but the installer moved the garbage disposal and created a slow leak in the rubber seal after he installed. Weeks later we noticed that the leak had created a mold problem under the sink , rotted the particle board and created a disaster right before guests came to coat on 4th of July. I had to personally fix the garbage disposal seal, tear out all the moldy cabinetry under the sink and re install the hoses to make the dishwasher work. When I told the Beat Buy representative about the problem he referred me to an outside insurance company which was non responsive for weeks. I was required to get an estimate from a plumber and carpenter on the damages which totaled nearly $4 k . Since they required me to submit this quote the repairs went forward weeks. I eventually had to repair them myself and after several weeks the insurance company denied my claim. Meanwhile a refrigerator was delivered ... but had been measured wrong so cabinet doors didn’t properly close above the unit. Again, I had to personally adjust the cabinets after delivery. I will never buy another appliance from Beat But based inthai experience. Non responsive and completely unaccountable for delivery which is outsourced.

Replaced a 1200 watt microwave with this 1000 watt oven/vent combo over the range. Like the fact we have 4 fan speeds, but it’s loud regardless of setting. Very disappointed in the light brightness over the stove.
