Good fit in kitchen

The stainless steel appearance is nice looking and easy to clean. With the existing rack on the dry wall and the vent, the installation is easy like a breeze. I only drilled two holes in the top cabinet for the bolts through. It is lightweight compare to the old one. Easy to use.

Good microwave

Do not like the way the plate sticks out of the door when you open it. Only have it approx a month. Hopefully it will last as long as my Whirlpool. 10 years.

Not silver with a thin black stripe on it. I know, picky, picky. Guilty! Oh, and it has a dark interior.

I am giving it a 4 rating because I wish the highest setting for the light was a bit brighter. Also, sometimes when I push a function button, it doesn't respond. Have to push a little too hard. I wish they were more responsive to the touch.

High-Quality, Good-Looking Microwave

I've been very pleased with this purchase. The LG looks amazing, feels like it's very-high quality, and has done everything we've asked it to do. We've just started to explore all of the pre-sets and the convenience programs and we're very impressed. Recommended!

I wish it had buttons set up for automatic 1-9 keys to correspond to 1-9 minutes of cooking just to speed it the process. The only thing I noticed is the bottom of the microwave tends to be pretty hot when you have the underneath light running for a long time.

I am so thankful I upgraded to "LG" and went with Over the range. This is a great product and works like a charm. The purchase and delivery through Best Buy was amazing. Great customer service. They also did a price match on the price!
