My problem is being 4'9" tall and unable to view the window from the floor when I need to set it. It is too high. I notified the store and they are sending someone out to see how to remedy this.

Like the way it plays a tone when your food is ready. You can also program it to wifi and to your phone. You can turn the microwave on with phone.

My only complaint is that tie rotating plate inside the microwave tends to make noise while turning. I made sure it was on its track and in the center and still make noise. I do wish the hood light would also be brighter like LED vs. yellow bulb.

I have to turn on the lights for the whole kitchen to read which buttons to push. Also, it has an add 30 seconds button...I'd prefer an add 10 second button. It does not have a turntable off button. I would not buy this again just because of the poor display.
