    Mounting bolt fell out so the top of the microwave was on held in by one bolt on the top. The light on the microwave is dim and you cannot see inside while it’s working.

    We bought all brand new appliances. The microwave caught on fire 2 months after we purchased it. Apparently some sort of factory issue. We waited a month for another one cause it was on back order. Seems to be working just fine

    The one thing I think people should know about this microwave is that there is no Timer button. So if you are trying to time stuff on the stove, you need to use a stove timer when most people use a microwave timer I think.

    Product looks great matches my other LG appliances. This was my second one as the first lasted less than 18 months such a disappointment. Hopefully this one does better or my air fryer will be my go to.
