    Make a high pitch noise when using the energy saver mode. then it just quit working. you have to unplug it and wait 10 sec and plug it back in to reset it self.

    Bought in February virus hit country shut down contractor nit working. Came back in May when things opened back up. Microwave will not heat called June will not stand behind it. Past 30 warrant Very disappointed

    Best Buy needs to look for new third party installers. I have had this a month now. The third party installers and cancelled changed and even not showed for appointments. Totally poor service.

    Bought this as part of the LG package, avoid this microwave. We do daily cooking and this thing died in 1.5 yrs...what a waste. Had best buy protection for only a year...should have kept it longer.

    If you want a low power microwave this is it

    I I could give it zero I would. A microwave under $100 performs better. Sensor setting don’t work well. Standard heating instructions for different food or drinks is never enough. It always requires additional time for something to be hot. It lacks power and accuracy. We previously had a Ge spacemaker 1800 xl which was much better. The install was also non existent. A lot of pain to install something that has lack luster performance. The only upside is it looks nice.

    Will not ever buy an LG product again!!!!’ I purchased a microwave, dishwasher and range. After 1 year and 6 months the microwave stopped working, then 2 months after that the dishwasher stopped working. I can only hope the range is not next. LG wouldn’t do anything about it. It is going to be over $600 dollars to fix both. DO NOT BUY LG!!!!’

    Not sure if it is the Microwave or the installation, but it is already broken again. The first time Best Buy installed it, it stopped working after one week, likely because the installers used too long of a bolt to secure it on top. They re-installed a replacement, and now that one is making very unusual sounds from the top in the same area where the long bolt seemed to have cause problems before.

    Unfortunately, the microwave has not been installed. The delivery team has rescheduled the date several times without my consent or input. For example, it was supposed to be installed tomorrow, 12/2. I got a confirmation yesterday AM. In the PM, I was notified it would be installed on 12/5. I bought a dishwasher also. Last purchsaes I will make at BestBuy.

    After 4 yrs it stopped working. Only took 3 yrs for pieces coming loose and acting up. (Just out of warranty) would not buy again.

    I love the micro wave, install not so much, fan rubbing noise, install group came out said we had to call LG, LG came out and said install people screwed the microwave down to tight. LG fixed the insatll peoples mistake

    Sparking of Electricity coming from unit.

    We buy this new, every time in use sparking of electricity buzzing under next to the fan. LG came out twice saw the sparking. They cannot fix the issue. LG said they will replace it, over 5 months. Stacie George keeps pushing us around. If I use this unit it can burn my house down, I have a gas range under.

    Don't buy an LG microwave. Bought it on 5/22/2023 and it just died on 5/28/2024. They will charge you as much to repair the item as buying a new one.
