The microwave cooks well—one push button settings. The door is a little wide, but the inside is big.

Overall the microwave works great. User friendly menu. Unfortunately the installer didn’t check his installation after he was done. The door wouldn’t stay open . The second installer came readjusted the microwave and the door stayed open. Two observations - always check the installer and not only did the door not stay open but I had to clean up and drywall dust which included throwing away old trim he removed. Again the second installer readjusted the door but the appointment was between 9 to 11. He showed up at 4:30 with no phone call he was going to be late. Best Buy needs to hire 3rd party contractors that take pride in their work and learn customer service.

Very good microwave and much bigger inside than one would think. It’s quiet and the price was just right! I would def purchase again.

LG over the range microwave. 2.1. Perfect fit. So far after 30 days using it twice a week on average I’m very pleased. I like the slim design and hidden handle. So far works well.

This LG Over the Range Microwave is exactly what I expected. Easy to install and use. So far is performing nicely. The ordering and pick-up procedure at Best Buy is fast and easy.

The microwave is excellent - easy to use, with extra features and controls. It's also beautiful, and much quieter than my old unit. The installation team was terrific - they worked quickly and efficiently, made sure the unit worked correctly, and cleaned up all debris before leaving.

Exceeds all of our expectations for replacing oud old unit. Lots of features and controls for either straightforward nuking or customized cooking.

I've had this microwave for a full year now. I love everything about it! Love the look of the black stainless steel, love the interior, love the controls. It's also super quiet. I did read tons of reviews before I made the purchase which stated it didn't work very long and/or you couldn't cook anything on the stove underneath it because it melted or messed up the door handle. I've never had either of these issues. We've had zero problems. And I know some don't like the fact that the clock display time goes off after a few minutes, but I actually like that. It's an energy saving feature that I don't mind at all. Clock stays on the entire time that I'm using the microwave - and that's all that matters. (Btw, cooks popcorn on the popcorn setting perfectly)

it is still very new to us... only a couple of weeks but we are very pleased and very impressed with this microwave as of right now I would give it a 5 star rating

Still learning but so far we love it! A few years ago I purchased an LG fridge (emergency purchase) and decided to purchase a stove too (sorely needed) and ended up getting a DW so they'd all match. 26 year old microwave died recently so I went with an LG. Really pleased with all of them! Especially the stove!

After having microwave installed 17 days ago microwave wont turn on. Best Buys wont do anything and contacting the manufacturer has presented its own challenges. Will update
