Bad product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Broke dow.. right before warranty expired (no heating) Got repaired by warranty, and then the carroussel stopped working a month later now out of warranty. Just sucks!!

LG means Low Grade

Broke after seven months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was fine until it wasn't (though we didn't like the fact that my wife (who is 5' 5") couldn't see into it because of the tinting on the door). LG customer service has been disappointing. It's been more than a month and they still don't know when one of the parts will ever arrive.

Poor quality

Exactly two years later, the keypad on the machine is dead, and it now requires replacement. This is a bad sign on the quality scale, especially for this brand. I would not recommend this product.

Failed Inside of a Year

First the repair guy ordered the wrong part. Then when the right one came in it was also defective. We STILL don't have a working microwave. I will avoid LG in the future.

Don't buy

LG says it is out of warranty and refused to do anything. Not going to put more money into an unsafe product. Will never purchase another LG product.
