The food comes out evenly and throughly reheated but not burning hot. Wish I had this sooner. Worth the money!

After 2.5 years the unit stopped heating for no reason (usually the magnetron). The magenetron has a 10 year warranty but LG will not honor it unless their technician visits for a flat rate of $370 WHICH IS MORE THAN THE MICROWAVE COSTS. unbelievable that Best Buy would sell such a piece of junk

When a microwave runs but does not heat, one helpful step you can try is performing a power reset. Unplug the unit for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in to allow the internal safety switches and control board to reinitialize. Installation was moderate, the only thing that gave me a hard time was the fan. I need it to fan to blow back to the house (I have no vents for the microwave) so it was tricky to turn the fan a certain way to get it facing towards the room.

It is the same size on the outside but bigger on the inside than our old one.

It is modern and sleek, the fan isn't crazy noisy and the light underneath is cozy. The underneath is easy to clean and I love that the 2 filters come out so easily for cleaning when necessary.

This microwave is quiet, has a large capacity, and is easier to clean than others I have had. The vent fan has multiple settings and on high really moves some air.

The one thing to think about if you are on the shorter side, is that the window to see inside is fairly narrow. In the photo it's the lighter section of the black area of the door.
