Very satisfied with this microwave. Nice design and the black stainless color looks nicer than Samsung black stainless... it's more of a bronze tint. The control panel is very user friendly and the exhaust fan works very well

Salespeople were knowledgeable and very helpful in making the final purchasing decision and setting up a convenient installation appointment. Installation was done quickly and efficiently. No trace of debris was left behind. Professional and courteous as we were walked through the basic appliance operations.

I love that the interior of this oven is violet in color, quite honestly, along with the digital panel, sleek design and violet color interior, these are the main reasons I purchased this LG oven... oh yeah, and its conventional too!!!

Great size for anything you need to microwave. Wish they offered a connection option in all models. The center rack that's included really doesn't come in handy that often. We removed our because it was always in the way

This is a nice microwave. It looks great and has a lot of heating options. It has Wi-Fi and you can connect and send program instructions, but you still have to go to microwave to press start. The microwave is a little louder than my previous microwave. Other than that, no complaints.

Very easy to use. The soften/melt feature is pretty cool, and I have used it to soften butter. The fingerprints do not show on this black stainless steel.

This microwave is awesome! So sleek and modern looking AND it’s super easy to keep clean.

Works great. Loses a star only because it is absolutely NOT fingerprint resistant.

It stopped working after 3 months. Dealing with LG to get it fixed and then ultimately replaced was awful and excruciating. LG made sure I understood that customer support is not something they care about. It took me months to resolve the situation and actually have a functioning microwave. If you care about your customer service experience after you give a company money, I cannot recommend LG in any way. If you want a microwave that works longer than 3 months, look elsewhere.

This here was a great buy, I can’t complain and the gentleman that delivered it was on time and installed it with no problems. Now, time to find a matching stove.

After the two previous over-the-oven microwaves that we had nothing but issues with, this LG product has been a real pleasure. The settings are easy to understand, the controls work well, and it is very good looking to boot.

This is a great microwave. A cute chime when it’s done cooking and when the timer goes off. Pairs with the LG app for additional options and functionality. I purchased this to replace a 14 year old microwave. An exceptional upgrade!

Buttons on bottom are nice. Larger door swing was annoying. Turntable inside overhanging was also annoying. Returned.

Nice style except for the door design, the door is the entire width of the unit, when opening the door you must step back or step to the side to allow room for the door to open 90 degrees.
