This LG microwave replaced a Samsung that had some needed warranty work. Geek Squad said to go pick one out. I chose this LG and it was a great choice. I love the touchscreen much better than any microwave I've had. It is very intuitive. The inside is a little dark with the blue color but you get used to it. The PrintProof Black Stainless Steel is beautiful. It blends in with the other appliances in my kitchen. It was easy to install. Just follow the instructions and use the printed sheet to drill your holes.

Love this microwave. Would recommend it highly. It does what it supposed to do and looks nice in my kitchen. It replaced a 13 year old microwave that was originally in our house.

It’s so quiet in comparison to my old one. Love the popcorn feature. Everything is heated evenly. The service that installed it was great too. So fast!

We are very happy with our beautiful LG microwave. Haven’t had a chance to review operations manual but don’t really need to it is very easy to program.

The microwave looks and works great. My only concern or complaint would be that the fan doesn't really eliminate any smoke, such as frying something on the stove, like we were told. Before installing this over the range unit we had a hood with exhaust grab that did a good job of eliminating any smoke. When I contacted Best Buy they told me the exhaust on the microwave was designed to eliminate odors but not any type of smoke or vapors. I tried to explain to the person how stupid that sounded since any smells were in and part of the smoke from frying something and couldn't be separate but they stuck to their answer.

This unit mounted easily to the wall and cabinet structure. The microwave works well and is pretty well built. Buttons are not too complicated.

Purchased this microwave because the control buttons were on the side as opposed to the bottom – which is a new style for LG microwaves now. Beautiful microwave...works wonderfully.

Great microwave- easy to use - lots of options very clean looking

It has done everything we have asked it to do. Love the color. Easy to use. Economy setting causes the clock to not be displayed but the stove below it has a clock so it's not a big deal.

Overall we are happy with the microwave. We have had a couple of occasions where the turn table doesn't seem to be working. I think the tray just gets pinned because if you spin it and then start the microwave it works again. I do think the 2.0 cu feet feels small even though I think it will fit everything we would want to put into it. We have the microwave vented outside the house, the fan either doesn't vent well or is restricted because of the way its piped outside. We got this for an excellent price and had BBY do the install. Overall very happy with the price and install.

I purchased the microwave primarily for the charcoal filter and the size. Both if these aspects have been exactly what I wanted.
