    Purchased online, with delivery to home. First delivered to wrong house by UPS, finally received after 8 p.m. Difficulty finding contractor to install (took over 2 weeks). After finally opening box, noticed that microwave case was slightly dented (upper right, rear side), but not visible after installing over range. In future, will only make purchase in store, and will have Best Buy install to alleviate headaches experienced with this purchase.

    It cost a bit more than the next model lower, but the aesthetics are so much nicer on this one. love the no handle design, and i have it paired to my LG range so that when i turn on a burner it turns on the light and fan. pretty slick.

    Easy to install, nice looking and works well. Only complaint is the hard to read digital numbers, which are very dim. The time display on the unit it useless, as you can barely read it standing right in front of it. My older unit you coal read from across the kitchen. Other than that one issue, good unit.
