Service I received at Best Buy from Angel Fawkes was excellent! The microwave cooks well and is a good value. However the fan, over-the-range lights and inside lights are very weak. Maybe a higher wattage bulb will help. It does the job.

The microwave seems to run great-it's a little bit of an adjustment to reach up for the microwave (used to a countertop model) but the look is a huge improvement over what was there. Good value as well.

One is the light for the stove below it. It is not very bright and the other is a split second delay in the buttons. You hit 30 seconds and you have a split second before you can hit 30 seconds again. If you push the button twice in a row it will only register one click.

Example... press and hold 3 button for quick 3 minute start time. Microwave is a little noisier than more expensive models. Nice design that matches my new LG fridge, which is reason I purchased this.

So far, this is the appliance that is probably used and abused the most by our family of six. Door yanked open, slammed shut, buttons pressed and food splattered...you get the idea. Thus far, it has held up well to the abuse. Installation was easy, capacity and capability is great. Durability will be the real test.
