a little tough to get used to but looks nice and works well

Meets our needs and is easy to operate and clearn.

My only complaint with this microwave is that the window for washing the microwave is very small. It's not something you notice when you were looking at it in the store but there is a black film that covers most of the viewing area. Outside of that it works great.

We bought this as a Christmas gift. We recommended this because it’s the exact microwave we have. We love it and have never had any problems with it. Consumer Reports rated it really high. We got this for a great price during Cyber Week.

I love my new microwave. It works and looks great.

Looks great, functions better than we had hoped. Alot of good auto cook programs. It was are very first over the range microwave and we are very pleased.

Terrible display. It does not have a backlight to be able to read the buttons. I have to turn on the lights for the whole kitchen to read which buttons to push. Also, it has an add 30 seconds button...I'd prefer an add 10 second button. It does not have a turntable off button. I would not buy this again just because of the poor display.

Overall power and space is as good as the best out there. However the interior of the microwave is a slate grey, and the light is too small to sufficiently light up what you are cooking. Add to that the tinted and very very small glass window on the door, and my wife's only method of checking the food is by opening the door. Also, the lack of one-touch settings (my old microwave would allow you to press "1" and "cook" for a minute, up to 9 min, which was nice) makes it hard to adjust to.. You get what you pay for, and this is a nice looking over the range microwave with lots of space and power.

Installed with no issues. Problem with fan. Makes a loug noise when running. Disappointing

Added this as part of a kitchen remodel. Our remodeller installed it, so I can't comment on ease of installation. But it works fine, and has ample room. It has a turntable and second rack, but haven't used the rack. Looks good. Touch screen works good.

We’ve had this microwave for a few years now and it’s been great. No issues and still workbooks it did from day one.

Heats very well. Lots of room. Very modern looking.

Okay so you can scan the bar code on a box you food comes in and all you have to do is hit start

Read all the reviews online which puts this OTR microwave near the top of the pack; after a month of use, it holds up to expectations-especially the microwave cooking sensor which warms food to the perfect temperature! Installation takes time, but isn’t as hard as you think if you do it yourself.

Like the actual machine but there instructions were lackluster. Had to watch several YouTube videos and make educated guess in several steps. Ultimately I installed it right but I could see others struggling with following the instructions, especially the templates for where to drill holes

I love my new LG appliances. They are beautiful, sturdy, quiet and efficient. The only thing I would give advice on is a thorough going over to make sure there are no scratches. The black ss scratches easily, so make sure before your time is up.

I has purchased this microwave when my old one died and was beyond pleased with it. it can fit some of my larger cooking tools is easy to use and has a sleek design. I loved it so much that when we moved a year later I brought this same microwave again for the house we purchased.

I don't know why but I had to pick this up at the store. They wouldn't deliver it with the other appliances I ordered. maybe because it's made in China and the rest of the LG appliances I bought were made in Korea. This is the second one. The first was damaged in the box. The microwave oven works well. The problems I have with it is the display turns on and off on its own and there is very poor visibility when it is running. Also, after installing it per installation instructions and templates, the top of the unit is so flimsy that the front of the microwave is tilted downward. I can see through the gap at the top of the unit that the mounting screws are tight yet the front still sags down. I'm little bummed out. Time to call for service.
