Overall a good product. You do need to remove the wire rack when cooking heat-sensitive items like popcorn to prevent overcooking. Outside of that we are pleased

Lots of settings to perform many scenarios you might need and it's all just touch, don't have to push the buttons. The inside is spacious as well to fit most anything you might need to throw in.

Repeatedly we have had a problem with the part that heats the microwave coming disconnected. Even with the protection plan you have to p ay for someone to come and that is $100 and this would be our third time doing so.. we could have just bought a new microwave for that! VERY frustrating!

Great Microwave

It also does a great job with the external venting. Not impressed with the sound of the timer and sound at the end of a cycle. Hard to hear if you are in another room.

Only complaint is that it is sometimes hard to see food cooking due to viewing space on the door. Overall, it is very nice and I"m glad we purchased this microwave!

One irritating thing is it does not have quick buttons for time periods. I liked on my old one when you hit 1 it went for one minute. I don't see where this does it so you have to hit time cook and 1..0..0... enter. Other than that is my only complaint.

Question about the finish on the door handle as it seems to be brushed compared to a polished steel frame. Spacing between door and frame seems to be wider on the upper half of the door.

I additionally saved on installation my installing it myself. The sales staff was helpful by printing me a copy of the owners manual which it lacked because it was a floor model

There must be a defect with it as it seems as if a fire is about to occur.i will update review if new one works better.

Prefer controls located on side, rather than below

I much prefer the look of this one with controls at the side. Wish it had the extend a vents like some other models. Other than that, seems to do what microwaves do....
