We upgraded all of our kitchen appliances to LG and it's been one of the best decisions. LG makes some of the best and most reliable appliances. This microwave is no exception. Even though microwaves are pretty simple, we're really happy with this one. It's really convenient and all of the different features such as softening butter are awesome. They're accurate too.

Very easy to use, install was easy as well. Came with a template. No complaints.

Great service from BB with the delivery of this item! The microwave works very well. We had to buy it to replace the previous one that stopped working after 5 years. We have been impressed on how well it heats compared to the old microwave. It is really easy to use and the instructions are very good. There is also a quick user guide inside the microwave which is convenient.

easy to install, the door is easy to open and close, very smooth, no effort at al. I love that, l I've only had for about 4 weeks but so far so good, It has 4 vent levels, 4 is a little loud, but I can live with it. So far happy I purchased this one. easy to clean. I like the double rack. Comes in handy during large dinner parties. We use this to heat up food. no cooking.

Purchased this model with the PrintProof stainless steel (extra $$) instead of the regular stainless steel one. It looks nice, does resist fingerprints, and is quiet. The only negative is that the window is half-blocked and dark so can't see most of the food/drink when using. Had the same model 18 months ago that stopped working and my credit card extended warranty reimbursed for the cost for a new one. Although this is the same model, it is quieter. I do hope it lasts.

Purchase was easy and informative. Installation was quick with no problems. I have only used for 6 days. I will have to read the manual to use all the functions. But certainly can use it immediately without instruction. Size and look is exactly what I needed and expected.

easy to use smudge proof quiet matching set good fit

The LG microwave fit perfectly in the old microwave site above the stove. Having the settings on the vertical is much easier than the horizontal settings we had on the old microwave. Very happy with how the new microwave is working. The Best Buy crew did a great installation.

Compliments Our stove perfectly and fits very well in space. So far everything works fine and it cooks much faster than our older model. The dark interior makes it a little difficult to see in the door when it’s cooking but that is something we’re just getting used to.

Easy to use and works great. It has most if not all features such as defrosts frozen food; pops popcorn; timer, etc.. The only drawback for me with this microwave is that the microwave’s inside does not light up when it is on like my old one did.

The LG microwave is awesome. It heats stuff up great. My wife's neck warmer and never been so soothing (don't tell her I used it!). And my warmed up leftovers taste like they were warmed up by a 5 star chef! I can't wait to cook Thanksgiving dinner in this bad boy!

What an upgrade from our previous microwave. Several additional settings with this microwave, ease of use, dependable, we use this product several times a day. Added another LG appliance to our home, highly recommend LG products.

Best decision to purchase when our GE died and broke. I decided to stay with the LJ family since my washer and dryer is with them and we love the microwave, very spacious and easy to install.

Love all the features of my new microwave. The only thing missing is a light for inside the microwave. I would like to see inside the microwave when my food is cooking. Overall I am happy with my microwave.

Great looking and very good microwave! Got it on sale and it’s worth the cost! Replaced my old white microwave with this one and it looks so beautiful on top of my silver gas range. I love that the fan has 4 settings too. Recommended !
