Microwave had great instructions for installation. The microwave offers many features and works great. Lots of options for reheating, melting, and cooking meals. Lots of space inside and we have had no issues since installing.

Great value for the money. A couple drawbacks for an OTR microwave. The actual window of the microwave is a LOT smaller than what it initially appears to be. Once you have this mounted at an over the range height, you can barely see in unless your 7 feet tall. The same goes for the the display. You have to step back to see the display due to it being recessed a bit. If your standing too close, you can't see the display, but this is just a minor issue. I wish the lighting underneath was LED, but it's not. I was surprised at how hot the inside got after the light being on for only a little while. Still, a great value. Works very well.

We purchased this one after a mishap with our previous LG microwave. Best Buy do a great job in installing it over our stove, and we have not had any problems with it. I’m glad we chose to go with Best Buy...

So far so good. Looks good. Works great. It heats up the food as expected. And the build quality is better than expected.

So far, so good. It is more powerful than my previous microwave. I don’t use it to cook — mostly just to heat things up, and it is more efficient than the other microwaves I’ve owned.

Love the design and all the little extras that it has that our old one did not.

Although our old microwave did not need replacing, we have a very small kitchen space. When we purchased a new LG fridge, I wanted to update all appliances and have all the same brand. I looked for an OTR microwave with the features I use often, and am very pleased with our choice. It has more options than the old one, especially for Reheat and Defrost, while keeping the ones I liked before, like Popcorn and 30 Sec. heating. The microwave is easy to use, but I need to keep the instruction manual and reading glasses handy because I am so short I can't always read the scroll area for choices...

Great looks, easy to use, controls blend in. Great fit with the other LG appliance's.

I live it doesn't have a handle, my wife and grandchildren are short so opening the door also had a pulling down effect that eventually caused the door to not line up. LG has also made the door lighter than my 7 year old model. My hopes was that the mounting brackets would be the same, the back wall mount was but I had to drill new holes in the top. This microwave will get everything hot very fast so test your time so you don't overheat everything. Beautiful unit.

Overall it seems to be a good replacement for our old one. Taking a bit to get used to the settings on the bottom and there is a learning curve as the door is way longer than other microwaves so you have to step to the side and then back over to the opening to access it.

What a beautiful over the range microwave! Very modern and full of features. Plus, love the look of the black chrome. It's stunning!
