I love this microwave. It''s very quiet when it's on. It warms the food much faster than our old microwave and it's very easy to use.

So far so good. My wife's favorite feature is the pleasant sounding timer that plays a song instead of the beep. I really enjoy the design of the microwave with no handle, a grey interior, and smart features. The door is large so make sure you duck when you open it.

This microwave has been an excellent addition to my kitchen i love its sleek handleless design i always get the question how does it open!?. Cooks food thoroughly defrosts great and has alot more great features i would definitely recommend for the price point!

Nice microwave thats big and fits in with my current decor

We upgraded all of our kitchen appliances to LG and it's been one of the best decisions. LG makes some of the best and most reliable appliances. This microwave is no exception. Even though microwaves are pretty simple, we're really happy with this one. It's really convenient and all of the different features such as softening butter are awesome. They're accurate too.

The microwave has a nice look and great features. It was easy to install, but you will need two people to do the install.

This microwave was pretty easy to install myself. The cooking features are very nice. I setup the app just to see how it works but probably won't use it much.

I love Lg products so I decided to purchase this microwave after we started having problems with our old one. We put it over the hood of the stove and it got great and works great. The only problem we have is keeping the outside clean. It will sometimes look greasy after trying to clean it so a paper towel and plain water usually does the trick. And my splatter guard wont fit on the bottom turntable only the rack.

Unit works well and heats much better than our old microwave. My only issue is I wish I could have seen the unit in operation before purchasing. The digital display could be upgraded. I think LG could have done better in that department.

Very easy to use, install was easy as well. Came with a template. No complaints.

We purchased this with our other LG appliances and really I didn't do a lot of research on the microwave, I picked the one that went with the rest of the appliances. But I have to tell you, I love this unit! The vent fan is much quieter than our old one, plus pulls up the stream nicely. It has a timer on the fan so that it can shut off by itself. Nice preset options for cooking,etc. And it looks really nice in my kitchen!

Performance and features are great. It’s a good middle of the road microwave

Really overall great product for the price. Installation went pretty quick but my only complaint on this is the Eco feature, there is no way to disable it sadly so the clock on the screen is either on when the stove light is in use or when you hit the button and stays lite for 5min. With an oven below that doesn't have a clock feature on it (yet) its kinda annoying to keep tapping the button on the microwave to see the time quick.

We bought this microwave in November 2024. Initially it was very quiet as expected but after the first two weeks when it runs it is very loud. Not sure why. It heats everything up fine but is so loud that it even drowns out our kitchen TV when it runs. Anyone have any idea why or how to stop it? I would not recommend this item unless it stops being so loud.
