I wish I could see into the oven while it is cooking. IE. oatmeal cooking over. Nice but does not seem to have the power my old GE had. The clock refuses to stay on. Guess I will have to get the book out to see if it was some setting we missed.

The black stainless finish makes it easy to clean. I upgraded from a stainless finish on my last microwave and it was always a pain to clean the grease splatter off of it after cooking.

It is not only nice looking outside, but the inside is too. It is easy to clean and i love that it is a touch screen type. You don't actually press buttons you just toich them.

It fit perfectly into the space over my stove that the old one previously occupied. The Geek Squad man installed it and did a wonderful job. Love shopping at Best Buy! I also bought an extended warranty - wish the old one had it!

As far as looks, options, and operation, this microwave is TOP notch. Just be prepared to clean it often as it is a fingerprint magnet, yet otherwise it is great!

With Black Friday discounts it came like the least price with highest quality from Best Buy. Better product to our requirements as compared to two earlier ones.

Not with the popcorn button or just straight timing it. The look of the smooth face is nice, but not as easy to use as the standard style. ( the wife wanted the smooth door style) I would return this unit if it was still possible and go back to the standard style, which also seemed a little more robust when it comes to opening and closing the door. I feel like the door will fall off of this if i dont close it gently. Definitely would not buy again.

We really aim to provide products that meet and even exceed what our customers expect. Just a heads up, things like microwave wattage, bag size, and how you place the bag can all play a part in how well the popcorn pops. We suggest using the Popcorn button with the right weight selection or manually setting the cooking time according to the bag’s instructions. And keep an eye on those popping intervals—stop when it slows down to about 2–3 seconds between pops. Also, trying to place the bag a bit off-center on the turntable might help improve things.
As for the door, we designed it to have a sleek and modern look, but we definitely want to make sure it works properly for you. HOWEVER, the long screws that came with it (to install under that cabinet) do not fit. We called LG and they sent up replacements - these ended up being the same screws we already had so of course don't fit. Called LG again and was told we would receive the correct screws - they sent the same ones again. Neither set looks like what is pictured in the instructions. Currently our over the stove unit is a counter unit until we figure this out on our own. The LG CSRs were nice, but the language barrier (foreign outsourced call center) have kept them from understanding our concerns/needs. PS. We had a contractor neighbor look at the unit as well as a Best Buy person - both confirm the screws won't work.

It is very roomy on the inside and has a lot of presets for cooking various items. The sensor cooking works well. I also like that the control pad is glass so it is easy to clean.

After 2.5 years the unit stopped heating for no reason (usually the magnetron). The magenetron has a 10 year warranty but LG will not honor it unless their technician visits for a flat rate of $370 WHICH IS MORE THAN THE MICROWAVE COSTS. unbelievable that Best Buy would sell such a piece of junk

When a microwave runs but does not heat, one helpful step you can try is performing a power reset. Unplug the unit for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in to allow the internal safety switches and control board to reinitialize.
