Microwave is extremely nice and I love that it matches my stove. My only slight issue is that the inside light could be a little brighter.

I love the black stainless, looks sleek. I have not had any problems with this item, heats up things quickly and evenly.

We were shopping specifically for black stainless appliances, the choice of manufacturer is either LG or Samsung that offer this. Reviews were good for either, I've usually been a Whirlpool kitchen appliance buyer, I've heard that they'll be offering black stainless in the near future. I bought a set of Samsung front loading washer & dryers a few years back, had several issues with the dryer, that brand experience was not favorable. I read the online reviews online & CR, similar on both brands. I did the install myself, found out the over the range micros the wall bracket from preexisting micro would not work, few extra steps. Need a an extra couple sets of hands when lifting to mount.

Very quiet. Looks great. My only complaint is that the window to the inside is small and quite dark so it is a little difficult to see what you are cooking.

The microwave is solid. It function as if expect and has a couple built in smart features that are alright. It was a bear to install but so are most over the range microwaves.

ONLY HAD 2 MONTHS BUT WORKS GREAT . HAD A SAMSUNG SAME STYLE LASTED 2 YEARS CONTROL PANEL WENT BAD . COST OF CONTROL PANEL FROR SAMSUNG & LABOR WAS MUCH MORE THAN NEW LG QUALITY MICRO . MY EXPERANCE WITH ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT DOES NOT LAST .WHEN UNDER WARRENTY THEY TRYED TO FIX , DID NOT FIX BUT BY THE TIME SAMSUNG GETS AROUND TO FIXING MICROWAVE MY WARRANTY WAS OVER . IT BROKE UNDER WARRENTY & SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE DRAGED OUT THE BAD FIX THAT NEVER WORKED THEN CONTACTED ME WITH A BILL TO FIX WHAT A JOKE I WILL NEVER BUY OR OWN ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT EVER

We have LG appliances and wanted to match the handles of all the appliances, which led us to this unit. It was well-reveiewed in Consumer Reports. The unit works fine. Our only complaint is that the visible area of the glass on the door for viewing is small. The only way I can see what is happening to the food is stand on my tip-toes; I'm 6' tall. Unless my wife gets on a step-stool, she cannot see the food cooking. This is an issue. Otherwise we are pleased with the unit.

We purchased this LG microwave because our old reliable 16 year old Whirlpool microwave just decided to quit working. This LG was highly rated in four independent ratings so we decided to give the LG a chance. It has proven to be a great choice. It has all of the features of our previous microwave plus a number of other features that we enjoy and appreciate. It is a much more powerful one than our previous microwave, has a three speed exhaust fan, a light that has three settings and other more refined features that our old one did not have. We are really enjoying this LG microwave and are very pleased with its performance and features.

Best Microwave I’ve ever had, large capacity, touch controls easy installation. And Well then there is the ThinQ app, one of the best things ever. Can see timers, start the device, control the light and fan all from your phone. All my major appliances are LG and connect with ThinQ it’s so nice!

Have had for several months and still working great!

Cooking settings on outside of door needs to be backlit for better visibility and the sound for finishing of cooking could be louder.

Sleek design. However can't see item when in use as interior light is barely working and it's a guess if turntablej is working.
