    Bought an "open box" LG Stainless over the range microwave. It was a display model. Works great, but installation was a hassle due to not having the required back bracket with the unit. Best Buy ordered the missing bracket and had it shipped to me at no cost. Took about a week to get it, but not a problem as I was not ready to install the microwave when I purchased it. (Check for all parts).

    After my old microwave required replacement, found this model was the best one in the price range I was seeking. The build quality was better than the others, especially the door latches which work very well due to their unique design. The sides are also molded vs. smooth which prevents the metal from bending once installed and subject to the force of the top mounting screws.

    Looks sleek, works great. Takes up less space than the older model. I love that it doesn’t have a bulky handle in the front. So many pre-set functions with sensors that makes reheating easy without ruining the texture of leftovers.

    Cons: -buttons are a little hard to press -window is too small and too high to look it -vent noise -no quick button for beverage sensor heating -weird choices for kids meal submenu sensor heating -frozen sensor cooking heats it too hot...can burn yourself touching the bowl. Pros: -looks good -heats fast

    It is a very quality and very nice microwave. I like the white color of it. It is quality built and comes with simple easy to use interface. The inside is very very quality built too. Inside of the microwave have four corner spots that if food or water overflow it will catch it. That is very neat. So far no issues.

    Purchased this LG 2.0 Cubic Foot over the range microwave at Best Buy. Service I received at Best Buy from Angel Fawkes was excellent! The microwave cooks well and is a good value. However the fan, over-the-range lights and inside lights are very weak. Maybe a higher wattage bulb will help. It does the job.
