    After installing the microwave, found it to be DOA. I could set the clock, but the fan would come on and the display showed door open. Called LG and they sent a tech out a few days later. The control panel was replaced and all was well. It was thought to be a stuck relay but for it to be DOA was alarming. I have had no issues with the microwave since and it is a nice addition to our kitchen to match the side by side LG refrigerator we have.

    3 weeks after purchase, it did a complete shutdown 3 different times. Last week the microwave stopped heating. LG tech came to repair it on the 3rd, but did not have the right parts- they automatically order a new magnotrometer, apparently they go out quite often. After troubleshooting they are ordering a new transformer. If returning the microwave was an option, I would have a different microwave right now.
